Hi, i'm 26 years old and off late I could fine yellowish in my tooth, how do I prevent it from decaying?

MDS Prosthodontics, BDS
Dentist, Chandigarh
Brush regularly with a right brush and right brushing technique. Use a floss and visit a dentist regularly, if the tooth is already decayed get it filled on time before it gets painfull.

My front tooth is half broken and is bonded by a dentist, but I always get afraid that if the bonded tooth breaks while in college or in some function. So is it better to go for tooth cap? I also read that there is a new research going on to regrow broken teeth using stem cells. Is it true? Will our country get this treatment in near future? Thank You.

If the bonding is done correctly and you do not use your front tooth to bite into things like apple and all there is no reason for worry at this stage you need not get a crown done, if the tooth would have been too weak the dentist who did your bonding would have suggested a crown/cap.

I'm having mouth ulcers again and again on the inner side of my lips. And on my tongue which is very painful and restricts me from eating many things. Nowadays I feel less hungry and there is always a feeling of filled tummy which forces me to eat very little when I used to eat a lot. And my mom says I look weak also. So can you help me out in this.

You can use any mouth-ulcer gel for symptomatic relief. If the ulcer seems to be non-healing, get vitamin B12 levels and blood sugar levels done. Since the ulcers are very painful, you might avoid eating and you may appear weak. Take the nutritious diet that will help you build immunity, too. You may consult me along with the pictures.

What will be better to set permanent teeth or teeth binding due to loss of teeth haphazardly?
permanent or fixed teeth is always a good replacement for missing teeth. removable teeth causes lot of problems comparatively to the fixed one. Always good to have fixed one by implant or crown and bridge prosthesis

Which test should I do to determine if malignant or not in my hypoechoic solid lesion in my right parotid gland? MRI or FNAC? Which one is the best? Thank you.

Which test should I do to determine if malignant or not in my hypoechoic solid lesion in my right parotid gland? MRI ...
First let a cancer surgeon examine you clinically. If its a well defined mobile lesion. I presume that you have done an ultrasound of the parotid, which says it is an hypoechoic lesion. FNAC is usually done to determine whether the lesion is cancer or benign. But it may have false positives. MRI is done to know characteristics which may tell us if benign or malignant and relation of the tumour to surrounding structures and facial nerve involvement. However MRI is not advised for small tumors even if cancer on FNAC as it is unlikely to change any treatment, which is superficial parotidectomy (presuming it arises from superficial lobe)

I have bad breath problem. I have observed that soon after drinking milk the problem of bad breath starts. This happens even after brushing teeth and cleaning tongue. I got the regular check up and scaling done at more than 1 Dentist. Dentists don't have a clue why I have this bad breath problem.

MDS - Orthodontics, BDS
Dentist, Noida
Bad breath has many causes, most common cause is any respiratory infection with post nasal sinusitis, second most common cause is due to Gastrointestinal issues( stomach issues),3rd one are teeth and there are many more. It looks like your bad breath is not related to your dentition. Most likely cause( with the kind of history you have written ) seems to be acidity or any other stomach problem.

It depend upon the cause. As you saying about molar, if its your last molar (wisdom tooth) pain. Then yes it may re occur. So on safer side visit nearest dentist.
