Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

As such no serious reason is seen but due to frequent urination chances of infection or? calculi may be there. Drink plenty of water and coconut water and sugar cane juice, avoid spicy food for few days. May take two tablet of chandraprabhavati or tablet bangashil two times in a day with coconut water for ten days and report.

My boyfriend and I had a sex. It was self controlled by him. But I have missed my periods. How should I confirm that ...
Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or even stress or illness or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 15 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses. In the meantime, keep repeating urine pregnancy test every week till you get your menses. First test to be done 7 days after the missed period. And self controlled method is not full proff method as pre-ejaculate secretions contain sperms which can cause pregnancy.

Now about. The time of sex or the. Age. Your age being 23 is completely fine for having sex. Next after having intercourse for first time the body do shows some changes. There is an slightly increase in body mass in gluteal region and breast changes are also seen. Anal sex is not advisable, it can lead to further complication like hemorrhoids, fissure etc. Do. Avoid it do avoid fingering aswelll. As the nails grown can cause scrapping of internal mucosa and can cause bleeding.

Hi, Its hardly been 2 weeks of a major surgery for you now. Your body needs sufficient rest to recover from the stress of surgery. You may engage in oral sex if comfortable. Its better to abstain from vaginal sex for 2-3 months of surgery. As far as next pregnancy is concerned, 1 tube is enough. You may try for next conception after 3-6 months if you are not in too much hurry.

Foods to avoid when Pregnant

Foods to avoid when Pregnant

Avoid alcohol during pregnancy. Alcohol has been linked to premature delivery, mental retardation, birth defects, and low birthweight babies.

Limit caffeine to no more than 300 mg per day. The caffeine content in various drinks depends on the beans or leaves used and how it was prepared. An 8-ounce cup of coffee has about 150 mg of caffeine on average while black tea has typically about 80 mg. A 12-ounce glass of caffeinated soda contains anywhere from 30-60 mg of caffeine. Remember, chocolate (especially dark chocolate) contains caffeine -- sometimes a significant amount.

The use of saccharin is strongly discouraged during pregnancy, because it can cross the placenta and may remain in fetal tissues. But, the use of other non-nutritive or artificial sweeteners approved by the FDA is acceptable during pregnancy. These FDA-approved sweeteners include aspartame (Equal or NutraSweet), acesulfame-K (Sunett), and sucralose (Splenda). These sweeteners are considered safe in moderation, so talk with your health care provider about how much non-nutritive sweetener is acceptable during pregnancy.

Decrease the total amount of fat you eat to 30% or less of your total daily calories. For a person eating 2000 calories a day, this would be 65 grams of fat or less per day.
Limit cholesterol intake to 300 mg or less per day.

Do not eat shark, swordfish, king mackerel, or tilefish (also called white snapper), because they contain high levels of mercury.

Avoid soft cheeses such as feta, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined, and Mexican-style cheese. These cheeses are often unpasteurized and may cause Listeria infection. There’s no need to avoid hard cheese, processed cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, or yogurt.

Avoid raw fish, especially shellfish like oysters and clams.
