Its common to have delay/irregular periods after taking I pill. Wait for another few days, if you don't get, take a home pregnancy test first, only then further medicines can be prescribed.

Hello, A pregnant woman should take utmost caution of what she eats. A nutritious diet rich in proteins, iron, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids is recommended. Overall besides normal food make sure she takes a big glass of milk daily, 2-3 eggs in a week, chicken/ fish twice a week, take 2 helping of fruits and salads daily. Taking 5-6 almonds alone a piece or two of walnuts daily should overall take care of your nutritional requirements. Hope this helps you.

M 21 week pregnant. M getting colourless discharge in my right side breast while squeezing .Is it normal.
Thanks for the query. Sometimes in pregnancy there can be a colourless discharge or it could be slightly sticky and milky in appearance. It is colostrum. May come on squeezing the breast or nipple. That is fairly normal. No need to worry. But if it is reddish or with pus, then it could be due to infection. Thanks.

Wait to complete 4 weeks, means that the time of expected date of periods. If overdue simple urine test for pregnancy will be positive blood test for beta hcg hormone which is positive only when the woman is pregnant will start rising ultrasound to be done only after 6 weeks it will not reveal much but confuse more.

This is normal. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height. Do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning for 30 times. This will help in your periods.

Hello lybrate-user, some irregularities in periods are normal after getting married and it happens because of sudden hormonal changes that your body undergoes. However, just to be sure, you can undergo a urine pregnancy test at your home.
