Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. *Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . It is not very good for your future sexual life although musterbation at young age is normal but it should be done in moderation say twice a month. Go gor morning walk followed by free hand exercise and have healthy balanced nutritios diet. Lead a healthy lifestyle it will improve.

I am 64. Since last two years I started having some problem in having an erection but now I have suffering from complete erectile dysfunction. I have been taking "revital" and "shilajit" but are of no help. A tablet named "vigora" helps but I do not want to become totally dependent on that. Kindly advise.

* Neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle . This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Hi, Try these home remedies: - Drink kheer prepared out of saboo or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool. - Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach. - Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily. – Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.

To control diabetes do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,push up,sit up,yoga.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,sweetened juice.Avoid underground vegetables.pumpkin,banana.Take lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Take extra protein like egg white,fish,lean meat,cottage cheese,tofu,mushroom.Use healthy fat like olive,canola,refined vegetable oil in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use fenugreek seeds with 1/2 glass water on an empty stomach in the morning.Adjust your medicine with diet.If you maintain proper diet and do exercise your medicinal dose will reduce or even you do not need to take medicine. Your child's risk is doubled if you developed diabetes before age 11 in case of type 1 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes runs in families.

Hello, You Can take 1.Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days ( maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day ) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. get your BP checked 6. regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga and kindly get your CBC checked and review with reports and kindly give me complete history of your headache for further Management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis
