You follow 7 days diet plan in which you can loss 3-5 kg in week. 1st day - in morning 1 glass of lukeworm water with 1 spoon alsi powder or 1/2 spoon methidana powder then walk for 45 minutes. Every 2 hrs you take fruits except banana n in lunch n dinner time take dal + salad then 2nd day in breakfast take boiled potato n vegetables place of fruits n lunch n dinner same as first day then 3rd day take mixture of fruits and vegetables n lunch dinner same then 4th day take 3 glass of milk n 6 banana lunch n dinner same then 5 th day take 1. Cup boiled rice n 6 red tomato only 6 day take 1 cup boiled rice n vegetables (boiled / raw) 7 days all foods can you take. N drink lots of water.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. Sure, firstly you have to make sure you are avoiding junk, oily and processed food. Secondly for weight reduction start alternative fruit fasting. Means you have to eat seasonal fruit everyday, juices and water an no other thing and the other alternative day eat normal food. Try not to eat anything after sunset. If its not possible than dinner should not be later than 8: 00 pm. Start doing surya namsaskar daily and make it your daily habit of doing it, in morning empty stomach. For diabetes start eating fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in mornin. Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed in water in night and eat it in morning after surya namaskar. Eat for 90 days for permanent cure. Avoid sugar, eat khaand, mishri and gurh in place of it. Walk for 1 hour daily.

Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

I am 51 year old, a diabetic person for 5 years, loosing weight day by day .I take precaution for having healthy diet daily, and having some light meal after two hours. I don ,t take sweet but having fruits like apple, papaya, jamun and pomegranate daily. I take medicine daily but sugar remain above 250 (fast). I do exercise daily ,walk 4 to 5 km daily. How to reduce belly fat------- 1.Don’t Eat Sugar and Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages -----When you eat a lot of refined sugar, the liver gets flooded with fructose, and is forced to turn it all into fat. Liquid sugar is even worse in this regard. Liquid calories don’t get registered by the brain in the same way as solid calories, so when you drink sugar-sweetened beverages, you end up eating more total calories. This includes sugar-sweetened beverages, fruit juices, various sports drinks, as well as coffees and teas with sugar added to them. This doesnot applies to whole fruit, which are extremely healthy and have plenty of fiber that mitigates the negative effects of fructose. 2. Eating more Proteins is the Best Long-Term Strategy to Reduce Belly Fat-----It has been shown to reduce cravings by 60%, boost metabolism by 80-100 calories per day and help you eat up to 441 fewer calories per day .Studies have proved that the amount and quality of protein consumed was inversely related to fat in the belly. That is, people who ate more and better protein had much less belly fat. This study also showed that refined carbs and vegetable oils were linked to increased amounts of belly fat, but fruits and vegetables linked to reduced amounts.So, make an effort to increase your intake of unprocessed eggs, fish, seafood, meats, poultry and dairy products. These are the best protein sources in the diet.If you are vegetarian, then a quality protein supplement (Organic Protein powders) is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. Consider cooking your foods in coconut oil (about 2 tablesp of coconut oil per day reduces belly fat slightly). 3.Say no to Carbohydrates as much as you can------Cut on carbohydrates, decreases Appetite and they lose weight. Brussels Sprouts • Scallions or green onions • Snow Peas/Snap Peas/Pea Pods • Tomatoes • Eggplant • Turnips • Pumpkin • Celery Root (Celeriac) • Carrots if you need to lose weight fast, then consider dropping your carbs down to 50 grams per day. This will put your body into ketosis, killing your appetite and making your body start burning primarily fats for fuel. 4. Eat Foods Rich in Fiber… Especially Viscous Fiber------Not all fibres but only viscous fibres help reducing weight. These are fibers that bind water and form a thick gel that sit in the gut .This gel can dramatically slow the movement of food through your stomach and small bowel, and slow down the digestion and absorption of nutrients. The end result is a prolonged feeling of fullness and reduced appetite . Here are some steps to fight obesity: Step 1: Ban Fatty and Processed Foods If you are serious about fighting obesity, then you must put a ban on fatty and processed foods. In how many months we see the effect of weight loss by drinking green tea regularly 3 times a day.

Only green tea do not cause any significant weight loss. In addition to green tea, first you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
