You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and eat a low fat content in your diet.

No, drinking beer is definetly not advisable treatment. Mental relaxation getting rid of anxiety and worries important, more physical rest and high protein diet with vitamins, minerals and excercises important.

Hi, am shruti, 21 years old, I have tried to loose weight many times but it seems to be no help, I do not prefer to go to gym and as my schedule is quite hectic I get less time for personal things, so in morning I do skipping around 200 amd then a 15 min exercise, and I do not eat a lot of junk or carbohydrate and also I can not manage to get fruits so frequently because I stay in a hostel. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Hi..both thing are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking..and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy high fibre diet .. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. Maximum intake of green tea and water.. Take high fibre low sugar low fat low salt diet.. Avoid refined and fatty food.. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm

My age is 25 and weight is 50 kg. My problem is my fat legs. My upper body is slim but my legs are comparatively very fat. I don't exactly remember when my legs got fat but I noticed it some 5 years ago. It is very much visible in photographs also. I tried different exercises for hours but nothing worked. Make a bland of essential oils : Lemon+ grape Fruit+ Cyprus oil . mix all in equal quantities and take 45 drops from this mix, add this to 50 ml almond oil. DO regular massage of 20 minutes with this oil . Massage in circular motions . and after this , take a mug of hot Chamomile herbal tea/ black coffee. This will help in melting fat from the area and when you will exercise , you can burn it easily. Will see results in 10 days only.

If you maintain diet and do regular exercise your diabetes will be in control. Take small amount of food frequently. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole grain, whole wheat, oats. Take more protein in diet. Use healthy fat small amount. Avoid underground vegetables, pumpkin, banana. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Stay stress free and proper rest.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

There is no shortcut to target fat on specific areas of body. Your best bet is to eat a balanced meal and exercise at least 4-5times a week. If you need to opt for the short cut way you will have to go in for cosmetic treatments like machines or surgery.

Eating less means reducing the nutrition to the body. The body needs certain nutrients to cope with the work you are doing throughout the day. At times by crashing the diet we not only cut down on calories but also on important nutrients. So, eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise whenever you can manage to. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
