Hi Faritha There could be many reason of weight gain. You are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken.Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. As per your wt, you r prone to get jt pains very early. Evn now for your pain, the same thing is effecting u, I feel. If its very severe or progressing fast, then you need to see any near by physician. Otherwise, try to take bryonia 200 & rt 200 potency pills in homeo stores. Take thrice one after another for few days n let me know the progress. Each doae means 6-8 pills. Which r just chewable. No need of taking water.

1. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

X-ray must. Do stretching exercises and strength exercises in gradually process. Do hot fermentation. Posture correction must. If it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for you.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Pain in knee joint happen s with many reasons first you have to go for x-ray if it is ok then may be some soft tissue injury happens. According to problem treatment should be given by meanwhile you HV to take precautions like do not do squatting and do hot fermentation twice a day.

I have back pain from a long time. I took many medicines but it's still the same.
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

In this age all these changes occur because of puberty. Due hormonal imbalance you are having all these problems. For hair fall use antidandruff shampoo daily.Use keshkanti oil from Ramdev at bedtime it is really effective Do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet KERALEGO Eva daily for six months. Hi lybrate-user do you have any tender point. Pain in any specific movement of elbow or wrist I would advise you to abstain from sports for a few days. Fo hot water fomentation around elbow and review with me after 3 days.

Morning stiffness is also quite a common. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Simple ways to improve posture and reduce risk of chronic back aches

1. Keep tummy muscles tight but don't hold your breath.
2. Keep the shoulders back and down. Avoid rounding shoulders forward and slouching especially when sitting for prolong periods using laptops or computers.
3. Try to stretch every 30 minutes by backward bending back for 30 seconds in standing or sitting.
4. Seek help from a friend or family member who can reinforce your habit and remind when you go to the poor posture mode.
5. Learn specific exercise to strengthen back and abdominal muscles and above all stay active and fit!

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Carpal tunnel is common in females. Its not paralysis. There is a nerve in wrist which gets compressed and leads to carpal tunnel syndrome. Please get an EMG of both upper limbs if your problem is not getting solved. This test will tell us about nerve compression and decision regarding treatment can be taken.

Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

What is your job? do you sit always? may be pain is from coccyx the lowest part of vertebra and results from prolonged pressure and is called coccydynia.
