I am 24 year old girl. My breasts are looking too large. Wearing shall is not comfortable for me. So please suggest any other solution for freely doing my work.

DGO, Advanced Infertility, Post Doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine

Wear a bra with good support i. E of the correct size. If you are overweight you may consider losing the extra weight and becoming fit. Swimming is a good exercise to help the tightening of the muscles under the breast which in turn will support the breast tissue.

If you have had unprotected intercourse then please do your blood test for beta hcg. It will confirm presence or absence of pregnancy. Please share reports for further advice.

That is correct. The menstrual abnormalities need to be controlled with thyroxine supplementation. Once your tsh levels are back to normal you can try to conceive.

My ultrasound report shows single intrauterine viable pregnancy of 19 weeks 6 days. Sir ye date kitne accurate hoti hai? Is date me kitne days ka difference ho sakta hai?

DGO, Advanced Infertility, Post Doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine
IVF Specialist, Gurgaon
Usually agar first 3 months ka scan hota hai then it is most closest to the actual date of pregnancy. In the next 3 months is next most closest. Difference is usually on a average +/- 1 week.

If intercourse is done during unsafe days but protected intercourse are there chances of preg nd wat are the ways to avoid it cn pill be taken in case if sex is done during unsafe days but it is protected.

DGO, Advanced Infertility, Post Doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine

No form of contraception is 100 per cent effective. There are always chances of conception. If you are not in a position to handle the possible consequences of accidental pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases, or for that matter the emotional repercussions, then better stay safe and avoid intercourse until you are in a position to deal with things (if they so happen) in a better manner.

Hi doc, I am having pcods. My last period was on 30th Jan. 2 days before I had prolactin test and it was 8.54 my doc suggested me to wait for 15 days and take pregnancy test. Are there any chances of me getting pregnant I am so excited please help me.

DGO, Advanced Infertility, Post Doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine
IVF Specialist, Gurgaon
Well just because you have pcod does not mean you cannot get pregnant! just that some people take longer than others and some may need a bit of help. Please do your pregnancy test and share the report. The test is a blood test called serum beta hcg. Wait for at least 10 days before doing it.

Avoid eating obvious and hidden sugars. Obvious sugars are white/brown sugars with tea milk or coffee. Hidden sugars are in white breat, brown bread, white rice, maida, refined products such as biscuits/cakes/fruit juices/soft drinks and processed foods. Eat multigrain or whole grain foods. No more than 1-2 servings of fruits a day. And it is important to meet a dietician and formulate a proper calorie wise chart based on your recent blood sugar levels.
