Market is flooded with fat burner supplements and they come with a good share of reviews out of which 70% are bad. So, are thus not suggested. Healthy diets and exercise are always the best.

If its just constipation, it can be cured by having hot milk+figs at night. But, if there are other health issues, then would request you to get yourself properly diagnosed by a doctor first and understand if its just lack of proper diet or some diagnosed health issue which requires some medication first.

Normally, overweight people eat higher carbs or fat in the diet with heavy dinner. Try eating a balanced diet with the right the mix of proteins and carbs with an healthy b/f, lunch, and evening snack and carb free dinners. 45-60 min of exercise which includes planks, squats, crunches and some yoga asanas like suryanamaskar will help in toning and losing weight around belly and thighs. Try this out, if this does not help, then would request you to book monthly packages for proper guidance and healthy diets customized as per your logistics and schedule, which does not involve starvation and has no muscle loss.

Gone are the days when the sole purpose of having a salad was to lose the stubborn and unwanted body fats. Salads can be extremely healthy and nutritious. Body composition is never the same for two individuals with the same body weight and of the same sex. It is vital to view your weight loss in light of your body composition. Since muscle occupies less space in your body than fat, leanness is determined by one's body composition and weight. Eat lots of proteins and good a healthy balanced diet for health and weight. Kindly avoid unhealthy ways to gain weight. Its normal for a person to be thin at a young age and trust me thats healthier than being obese provided you have decent energy levels and good immunity. Anyways, can comment better only once I know your dimensions. Thanks!

Most of us do not realize that everything in our body might just be a function of deficiencies. Mood swings/depression could be hormonal (which is rare in case of men) and is mostly due to deficiencies of different b-vitamins. Kindly do check your levels of b12. Take a good quality b-complex plus multimineral tablet for 1 month. Should help. Yoga/pranayam will be great too.

Egg whites are the best low calorie protein source. 1 egg white has around 4-5 gms of pure protein with just 16kcal.

Please get teh followng tests done. Vit d, ferritin and vit b12. It could be either of their deficiencies.
