Don't be fool, use your brain.....

Don't be fool, use your brain.....

Do you lose weight in a steam bath or using some Belts?
The loss of weight through excess sweating as in the steam room or from a belt is not fat. It is 100 % water.
This weight returns immediately when you consume any fluid. Consequently, if you lose say two and a half kilo in a session in the steam or using some sort of. Belt you will replace it with approximately the next one liter of water.

So, don't be a fool, use your brain.

Excess weight is a issue, but if you are determine, you can do it. Eat frequently in a day but small portions. Do not starve your body for a long time. If you have time you can do brisk walk also. Weight loss means burn more cal than you intake. Portion control will help you to reduce weight but it should not be too less. Start your day with h2o i. E. Water. To know exact portion control require to understand some body parameters.

Weight gain means, “Consuming more calories than you burn”. But consuming more calories does not mean eating more fats or carbs. It can be dangerous for your future. Increase protein intake in your diets. You can take cashew nuts, dates, almond etc more in your regular diets. But the quantity and meal plan must be under the supervision of an expert

Biscuits... Ahhh I love them because they are light....

Biscuits... Ahhh I love them because they are light....

Really ????

Many of us eat biscuits because they think that they are light, free from cholesterol and fat free....
Biscuits are made up of carbohydrates so they are a rich source of providing energy..
On the other hand if anything which is rich in calories is consumed by the body in excess, it gets converted in to fat and get deposited beneath the skin.
So have them when you have done some very heavy exercise like some mall visit (walk), some kind of stressful work like shopping for hours...
But remember one thing that number of biscuits should be 3-4 that too once a week (any biscuit even if it is wheat biscuits).

Yeah Don't be surprised.

Iron Kadai Vs non-stick......

Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics

Iron Kadai Vs non-stick......

These days non-stick cook ware are very much fashion.
People are replacing their iron kadai, tawa and other utensils with these non-sticks....But wait.......have you ever thought why are you doing so?????
I have a very common answer to your entire question.....
Generally you are throwing them out of your kitchen just because you need to put a little more oil as compared to non-stick...right?????
Hey come on friends.....just because of oil you are changing them....
not a right choice I must say....
When you are cooking in "lohe ki kadai" it improves the iron content of your food and this utensil is safe also.....instead of those non-stick utensils which have coated material which is harmful over a period of time....
"Aur rahi baat extra oil ki to thodi exercise kar leejiye.........."
