Take Homeopathic medicine Natrum mur 30, 4 pills twice a day and report thereafter for further treatment. Treatment- A number of steps can be taken to reduce the risk of headaches and to ease the pain if they do occur: 1. Apply a heat pack or ice pack to your head or neck, but avoid extreme temperatures. 2. Avoid stressors, where possible, and develop healthy coping strategies for unavoidable stress. 3. Eat regular meals frequently, taking care to maintain stable blood sugar. Don't be empty stomach 4. Exercising regularly and getting enough rest and regular sleep contributes to overall health and stress reduction 5. Use oil for head massage If above things doesn't help then you need to consult us so that proper case taking is to be done and better treatment will be started as soon as possible. My sister suffered by migraine, she consulted many doctors even she tried art of living but still she not satisfied with problem.

Dear migraine is a autonomic nervous disorder which will take some time to cure, acc to ayurveda its the improper lifestyle and diet causing aggravation of pitta dosha in body. In an aggravated state, Pitta impairs digestion, leading to production of digestive impurities (known as ama). This ama gets stored in the manovahi strotas (mind channels), thereby becoming the cause for pains in migraine. follow the tips they will help and try shirodhara therapy it will help alot. 1.Mix ¼ teaspoon of clove powder with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon oil. Apply this paste on the affected area for 20-30 minutes. 2.Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the Pitta in your body. 3.Drink more water and eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. 4.Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, tea, and alcohol, as these items will further lead to aggravation of Pitta. 5.Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun. 6.Head massage with Bhringraj Oil is also beneficial. This massage gives a calming effect to your nervous system.

Migrane- It is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and we can start with tablet propranolol after personal examination

I am 24 years old male, engineer, suffering from neurocysticercosis and under minimum medicine dosage of levipil 250 twice daily. I came to Delhi for coaching and staying at my uncle's house along with his family. Mother is also staying with me only. Two days earlier there was a discussion or exaggeration regarding a topic on household activities was going among my cousins who are now matured parents and my aunt which indirectly hurt my sentiments very much but still I kept clam but I was not able to sleep that night I was feeling a hotness inside or can be said as sense of fever kind of thing. The next day another topic started but my uncle who likes criticising people did pinched me again with a sentence but still I didn't give any harsh reply but I just told him a very very practical reason that he couldn't continue with his superiority complex anymore. Next day he told my mom in my absence that he was hurt now as my mom conveyed me this still I am ready to apologize to him eventhough I have not done any mistake. But from yesterday night I again felt that heat sensation inside my body, a fever like feeling ears are hot headache behind and right side of head and eyes are red. Is it related to stress or may be some disease as dengue season is going on. Please help.

Sleep hygiene and lifestyle changes are typically the first treatment for insomnia. Sleep hygiene includes a consistent bedtime, exposure to sunlight, a quiet and dark room, and regular exercise. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be added to this. While sleeping pills may help, they are associated with injuries, dementia, and addiction. These medications are not recommended for more than four or five weeks. The effectiveness and safety of alternative medicine is unclear. 1. Don’t have a large meal in the evening and avoid coffee and alcohol at least three hours before bedtime. Exercise regularly, but not within three hours of bedtime. 2. If you’re not getting sufficient calcium and, more particularly, magnesium, this can trigger or exacerbate sleep difficulties. The reason for this is that these two minerals work together to calm the body and help the nerves and muscles to relax, thus reducing cramps and twitches. If you’re very stressed, or you consume too much sugar, your magnesium levels may well be low. Your diet is more likely to be low in magnesium than calcium – so make sure you’re eating plenty of magnesium-rich foods such as seeds, nuts, green vegetables, whole grains and seafood. Milk products, green vegetables, nuts and seeds are particularly good sources of calcium. Some people also find it helpful to supplement up to 500 mg of calcium and 300 mg of magnesium at bedtime. Magnesium is the more important of the two for a relaxing effect. 3. Avoid well-known stimulants such as caffeine, but also be aware that sugar can raise the activity of the two adrenal hormones: adrenaline and cortisol. When your blood sugar dips too low, the adrenal hormones start rising. Raised cortisol levels at night will stop you sleeping. 4.Next to home remedies for insomnia is meditation. Meditation is considered a powerful therapy as it helps you feel relaxed and get balanced. Related to sleep, mediation combined with deep breathing helps you have clear mind and a good preparation for sleep. 5.Similar to meditation, visualization help you be controlled and empowered your mind to get rid of anxiety and stress for falling asleep more easily. It is recommended to practice imagining in bed before 15 – 20 minutes. By imaging that you are in a beautiful island, you are listening to the sea waves, you are on a travel with sweet scent, all will make your feel relaxed and happy. As a result, you will fall asleep fast and may be have sweet dreams, instead of nightmares. Try this method once. In reality, it’s not hard to perform. It depends on your thought and the way you train your mind to have good visualizations.

I have migraine since 6 months. Almost for every alternate day I am suffering. I am not getting relief until I go for pain killer. Please suggest me a tablet when I am in severe pain.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)

For migraine there is no such single tablet as a substitute of allopathic medicine. You need to take a complete ayurvedic treatment for complete eradication of the problem. You must avoid heavy/oily/spicy/zunk meals. Don't take tea/coffee. Take saunf after every meal. It can be controlled by ayurvedic treatment.

Autism is a neurodevelopment disorder in which the children have decreased social interaction, stereotyped behaviour, language problem along with co-morbid medical disorders. There are some medications which can help to control her behavioral issues but the main onus lies on occupational/speech therapy and regular counseling for the parents and child.
