Hello. Eat high carbs and calories in diet. Take full cream milk and milk products. Take soya products and also soya milk. Eat nuts daily because it rich in omega 3 and healthy fat. Take protein shakes daily. Protein powder is easily available in market. Take it twice a day. Take avocados, banana, cheese, white rice, potato, sweet potato, dark chocolate, peanut butter, soyabean etc. All these are natural weight manager. Take homoeopathic tonic:- alfa alfa malt (2 spoons twice a day). Take it one hr before meal. I hope this satisfied you. If you have any other question you can consult me. Have a healthy life.

It seems most likely to be a Obsessive Compulsive disorder, wherein recurrent intrusive thoughts come against a person s own will. It is due to altered serotonin transmission in areas of brain (mind) and can be easily treated by any psychiatrist. Consult one. All the best.

For dark circles apply Biluma cream/Kojivit gel for application once daily @ night for 2 weeks. Then apply Cernor Kit everyday for one month. Check Hemoglobin. Advised- Fruit Peels with Lactic Peel/ Glycolic acid @ clinic.

1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder. 2.Apply this mud pack to your face. 3.Wash after it dries up. 4.Repeat the process once a week. 5.Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin. 6.Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water.

My daughter was first born upside down. Then the doctor told my vaginal space is less and if she is born upside down she will not be normal mentally. So the doctor put her back into my stomach. Then she was born with c section. Due to this will my daughter face any problem in future. Will she have any disorder due to this?

Dear user, your question is not clear but the babies born by c section are normal and there should not be any problem to the baby due to c-section.

I'm fed up with life and life is not worth living for me. There is a lack of happiness lack of confidence and lack of concentration. There is no hope no enlightenment no dream no aim in life. I'm very much disinterested disheartened and depressed. I'm under a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm sailing in a boat without the sailor in the stormy sea. I'm just like the kite which strings are cutoff. I'm not living life but just passing it. I'm worthy of nothing. I'm feeling lonely in the midst of the crowd. I'm skipping my drugs for the high blood pressure. My blood pressure shoots up to 200/130 without any symptoms. I pass nights together without sleep. I have cutoff myself from my inner and outer self. I'm unable to cope up with life. If it's physical crisis I can deal with it, but as far as the emotional and moral crisis are concerned I'm just unable to deal with it.

It has some strong physiology working behind it. You have some chemical imbalance in your body. That is what is creating this emotional tornado in our mind. I know with proper care and actions you will be able to once again enjoy your life and will also be able to contribute positively to make this world a better place. I am asking you to please take help from either a counselor or a psychologist. If need to consult a psychiatric and start medication. I will be more than happy to help you come out of this dark tunnel and lead a beautiful life ahead. You need to seek help and consult someone as soon as possible. I am also giving you some tips below which you can try, one thing at a time, one day at a time. I love you and I want you to take charge of your life. You may not know but you are here for a reason. What ever it is that is hurting you will go away the moment you start taking charge. As a human being you deserve the best. You deserve love and respect from people around you and love and respect begins with self. Look at yourself in the mirror and love that lady for who she is. You have endless potential within you. You could be whatever you decide you want to be. Have faith and let it go. Try following things and it will help you one day at a time. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

U should stop consuming wheat n wheat products for toning of abdominal muscles lot of exercises are there, you can start doing that. In yoga kapalbharati n pranayam will help u. Avoid having fried food items and fatty food such as ghee, butter, oil, cheez n junk food.

Hello. Unfortunately, there is no such exercise which would make you free of spectacles. Yes, there are a few precautions which would prevent the spectacle power from increasing further. Let me enumerate the diet necessary for healthy eyes. (1) green leafy vegetables including spinach, sprouts, cabbage, beetroot. (2) fruits-blue-berries, black-berries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, guava. (3) dry-fruits: almonds, walnuts, apricots, dates. (4) cereals: oats, barley, millets. (5) drink a cup of green tea daily. (6) drink a glass of milk daily. Also, I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers, mobile phones and books. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Remember the rule of 90. Roughly, an angle of 90 degrees should be maintained between your upper body and thighs. Likewise, a similar angle (90 degrees) should be maintained between your lower legs and thighs. Also the angle between your hands and arms should be roughly 90 degrees. This is the healthy ergonomic way of sitting while using a computer. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain. Also remember the rule of 1. At least 1 time in a day, wash your eyes with clean hands and clean water in a gentle manner. Exercise for at least 1 hour in a day. Try to spend 1 hour with nature. (eg. In a park, garden, etc.) you could consider preservative free lubricant eye drops 4 to 5 times daily. These eye drops would ensure that your eyes stay well lubricated and fresh. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine. Once followed, they are sure to work wonders for you. Take care-regards.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

It's all in the food you eat. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. now a days is season of viral fever..pl. go for tests ns1,cbc,mp,blood sugar, till then you can give her tab. combiflaim twice a day. syp. zeet expectorant 10 ml thrice a day. tab. lcz once a day after meal. after tests give her antibiotic by doctor.
