1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. I are facing excessive work related stress. To get rid of this you can do yoga/morning physical exercises daily. Indian stretching yoga like Padmasana, bajrasana, Ardhakurmasana, chakraSana etc are very much effective to reduce stress. Along with you can do breathing exercise. Sleep good. Take adequate water n fresh fruits, green vegetables. Do not bring your work at home. Make friends n share your feelings with family members. Do something for others. Hope you will feel good. Thanks.

Keep giving her ORS continuously so that she does not suffer fluid loss. You may give her curd in diet. And as a medicine you may give her homoeopathic medicine Arsenic ALb 30 1 dose after each stool. Ans stop if the frequency decreases.

Yes ther are pcos who are thin too. Ideal bmi helps to regularise the harmone which is very important to control pcos. The basic harmone lh level should be corrected with drugs followed be ovulation induction with drugs with careful monitoring will help you acheive pregnancy.

May I know how do I reduce fats from shoulder the back side of chest. When I wear tight Salwar it doesn't suit me. I am 27 Years old my height is 154 cm and my weight is 55 kg can you tell my actual BMI according to my height and weight. Apart from that I must say that I always sleep at 10.30 pm and wake up at 5.30 am please also tell me am I maintaining the right routine.

Your BMI is 23.2.your weight is perfect as your height. 7-8 hours of sleeping time is necessary so its good. What you have to do is to do some exercise and balanced diet. WE becomes fatty when our calories intake is more than we burn, so main concept is that we should regulate our intake calories and at the same time do some physical exercise .To burn the fat in shoulder area best exercise is aerobic exercise.In the morning you can do regular aerobic exercise. And for regulate intake of clories you should take balance diet ,take fiber containing food as it digests slowly, eat green vegetables and seasonal fruits ,shifts your focus on salad, curd,green leafy vegetables, fruits ,avoid sweets, fried items, junk and processed foods as it increses weight. I am 35 years old male. I am taking the eltroxin 100 tablet for 12 years for the thyroid disease. So there is only a managing of the tsh value. So I would like to avoid use of tablet. Is the operations is a way for this. I would like to fix my tsh value in normal range avoiding tablet. Please give a me a right advice for this.

HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.

Severe body pain with fever are main symptoms of dengue. In advanced stage, one can get redish spots on skin. Maintaining good immunity and preventing mosquito bite are the only majors to avoid dengue.
