Avoid long sitting and toward bending sit straight and maintain your posture. Heat fermentation and extension exercise if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

My mom 75 years suffering from osteo pain & recently 3 months back fallen in drawing room and now suffering from muscle stiffness. Walker being used but no significant improvement in body condition. Kindly suggest suitable course of action to be initiated.

My question is, I am feeling lower back pain from one week, when I sit I feel relax but when I walk I feel some pain not severe I can bend down not so much pain .I can do any thing .I also go gym doing some stretches from one week .my pain starts when I take Ayurvedic medi. For energy name sexveda in this this med. The ingredients are 1.swarm bhasam, rajat bhasam, tamra bhasam, kounch ext, shatavari ext, saved Muslim, ashvagandha,akarkara .this med. I take only 20 days now I stopped .I have doubt that this med. Is not right for me pls. Tell me is my back pain due this med. Or some thing else.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Dear Sir I have been suffering heel pain from last 2 years Doctor advised me to put foot in cold water for 2 and half minutes and half a minutes in hot water. Start with cold water and end with also cold water. I have been doing this on different intervals. Wearing sports shoes and putting shoe cousins. Some time pain goes. Some time pain in alternate foot. I do take ayurvedic Ashtiposhak calcium daily. Pl advice how to get relief from this problem. Regards.

Dear user continue with the management that you are doing, but you need a proper treatment for this issue kindly go for few tests mentioned as under: CBC Uric acid X-ray heel AP/ Lat view and forward me the reports. However for now you may take the medicine Rhus Tox 200 and Ledum pal 30 twice daily each for 3 days only which will provide you 30-40% releif and give me a follow-up thereafter for proper & complete treatment TC. Note: Self medication is always injurious to health though sometimes immediately. Always take medicine as per physicians guidance.

Yes it can be, and it might also be due to other activities like lifting heavy weights, and sitting for long hours, try to improve your posture, and do mckenzie back extension exercises, twice a day, for 10 days,

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.
