You should rather visit a neighboring pediatrician than experimenting on your 9 month old child. Just ondem is not sufficient for vomiting. You need other medicines too.

She is probably allergic to some ingredients or capsule coat. You have not mentioned why did she start this. Recommended by doctor or google. Stop the tablet.

It doesn't look like from vaccine, else you might have experienced similar pain with every vaccine. Consult some general physician near your place.
