Hi, your BP is caused due to raised level of cholesterol. To get healthy , please go through under noted norms. Go for a brisk walk in d morning to regulate your blood circulation & to burn cholesterol. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to digest your intake properly to reduce your cholesterol value . Your diet b simple,non - irritant, non- spicy,on time. Take, homoeo medicine: @ Chelidon Q 10 drops , thrice with little water. Report , wkly,please. Take, care.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

1st it starts like foot cracks and now almost all the skin peeling off under the foot! What would be reason for it?
First of all, wear comfortable shoes. Secondly, dip your feet in warm water daily for 15 minutes. Scrub your soles and pat it dry. Massage with Olive Oil for 15-20 minutes, wear socks and then sleep. Repeat this daily or 3-4 times a week.

tell me 1. Do you have dry skin also? 2. Is this problem is related to any season? 3. is redness also present? 4. which soap you are using? Kindly follow advise given below: 1. Do not use harsh soap 2. You can use Calamine lotion local application for Itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid Synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth 4.you can do gentle olive oil massage 5.consult skin specialist for further management

Spot fat accumulation can be lost only when you lose weight. 1. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly chewing each bite 15-20 times 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Brisk walk & practice kapalbhati, arm & back toning (with dumbbell/2 1 litre bottles) daily for 1 hr 5. Walk instead of hiring transport, avoid sitting continuously for an hr, take 15 mins light walk post meals, avoid lying down within an hr of a meal. 6. Avoid junk/ processed/canned/ready to eat/ fried/ sugary/ outside foods, soft & hard drinks, chocolates, ice cream, sweets 7. Replace simple carbs-potato, sugar, sago, refined grains (maida, biscuit, cake, white bread, noodles, white rice) with complex carbs-whole fruits with peel, vegetables, salads, whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), whole grains (atta, bajra, ragi, jowar, barley, dalia, suji, atta bread, brown rice) 8. Avoid eating in front of tv 9. Have a regular sound sleep, early to bed & early to rise edit answer.

Hello, Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1.Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. 2.Raw Potato:-There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. 3.Tomato:-Tomatoes have bleaching properties that can lighten skin to a great extent.Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on the dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy twice a day for a few weeks. Simply using tomato juice will also work. You can also drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. For maximum results, be sure to drink this juice immediately after making it. Drink it once or twice a day for about a week.
