Please suggest some medicine/foods to increase breast milk. My baby is 1.5 months. Currently on formula milk due to low supply. Also advise if breast pump help increase milk and how many times to pump in addition to tables? Thanks.

Hi, Today I went for rotavax vaccination orally. Doc did normal check up and said his head circumference is 44 and the spongness not reduce as expected so they guide me for thyroid test to check if their is any calcium deficiency. He completed 6 month. Please suggest. There is anything to worry about?

Having a Healthy Pregnancy

Helo. Antibiotics are indicated if there is documented infection. We do blood culture etc. To know if baby is suffering from infection. Every medicine has side-effects. U can take 2nd opinion.

My twins were born on 35th week with weight 1980 and 1850 gms. They are given two antibiotics - zostum and netilmycine. Doctor told babies are fit but the antibiotics are given to prevent infection. My question is are these antibiotics harmful for babies? What is the max dose for these two?

Caring for Infants (0-1 yrs)

Not mandatory on same day. Also MMR is preferable to simple measles.But at govt health centre MMR not available.

My daughter is 9 months old. At 9 months old she supposed to get MMR1 and Japanese Encephalitis vaccines. But in Health Centre only measles and JE are given. My daughter's doctor recommended only MMR1 vaccine. But I want to give MMR1 and JE both the vaccines. I want to know is it mandatory to give MMR1 and JE vaccines on same day or it can be give on separate days.

helo. chest infection off and on without fever could be allergic (asthma)...how's her activity? any family history of asthma or TB? Needs details.

My daughter 9 years old suffer from chest infection quite often. Doctor gives her antibiotics and salbair I inhaler. This time chest x ray did not show any infection but blood test shows wbc 17700/cumm and westrol 76. Is this be tuberculosis.
