Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I have tongue ulcer from months, today I noticed black web like structures in the two side edge of my tongue, is it tongue cancer.

Oncologist, Mumbai
Ulcer persisting for 2 months is not a good sign. The black web may be melanosis or melanoplakia, but difficult to tell without examining. Is there any constant dental trauma from a sharp tooth? Any habits like tobacco chewing, smoking, supari or alcohol? Some oral cancers may be HPV related. It is better to see a surgical oncologist or a head and neck surgeon. They would examine you and if need be take a Biopsy from the ulcer. If you want to share details or discuss this further, feel free to contact me directly.

I m kenil in my mouth the above series of teeth in last one coming new so painful for that what to do.
This could be your third molar or wisdom tooth which is erupting. Go to dentist and get an x-ray done. If its erupting perfectly then medications will help you otherwise extraction is the solution.

I want to clean my yellow teeth. Please reply with nature treatment to white teeth.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
I want to clean my yellow teeth. Please reply with nature treatment to white teeth.
Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. You may consult me in person. . HOME BLEACH FOR THE TEETH Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.
