Hello, First and foremost is your blood glucose should be in strict control, with fasting glucose closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Then most of the problems can be under control. It is better to visit a diabetic foot specialist or a diabetologist who will suggest how to take care of your feet. It is absolutely essential to see that there are no ulcers (blisters) on the foot. If there any then those should be treated promptly. Otherwise consequences can be very severe. Thanks.

Hi, My son is 3.5 years of age. He had 3 minor blood Dysentery in 2 months interval. Every time after a viral infection/fever. Stays for 0.5 to 1.5 days only and then with application of antibiotic goes away. My child specialist said it is normal. Is this really nothing to worry? We recently started fruit juice to him. Is it anything to do with Dysentery? Please advise.

Do not give him fruit juice from market. Either make it at home and give him quarter of a class at a time. Much better is to give him fruits to eat rather than juice. Start liv-52 drops. 1ml daily for 7 days and then 1ml twice daily for 1mnth.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. You can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the the oil, whiten and moisturise your skin.

Mr. Lybrate-user, rat bite injury has to be properly cleaned, dressed regularly. Plus if needed some antibiotic may be taken for 5 to 7 days. Most importantly control of blood sugar (fasting near 100 g, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7), is absolutely essential. Because if sugar level remains high, then wound healing is badly affected, particularly in the lower limbs. So you have to take appropriate treatment to correct sugar levels. Thanks for the question.

I'm a Psoriasis patient. Almost 5 months ago I consult a doctor in Noida and he suggested me to take Psorid 100 mg for 3 months. It worked well and I get temporary rid of my marks for around 3-4 months. Now I'm again getting the marks. Please suggest is there any permanent cure of this disease? This is practically tested home remedy which many may not have tried. YOu do this properly and inform me. Apply coconut oil all over the body and stand in sunlight for 1 or 2 hours /as long as you can. Do not use soap or shampoo to wash and only dry with a cotton cloth any excess oil. Drink 3-5 liters of water. Always ahve a thin layer of coconut oil on your body and in a few months you will see remarkable effect and inform me directly by a consult. Sunlight should fall on you directly and not hindered by shadows of trees or building and use only minimal clothing over the private area.

Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1. It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2. Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3. If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4. The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5. Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6. Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep.
