Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Dear it seems you are suffering from stress fractures of tibia (leg bone). This is very common in young males who do race practice. So its better you do race practice under some trainer. That is first warm up ezercise for 10-20 minutes then gradual jogging and then sprint. Build up your race speed in 30-45 days. Dont try to run fast on day one.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

In the past, patients between 60 and 75 years of age were considered to be the best candidates for total knee replacement, but improvements in artificial knee technology and surgical techniques have made knee replacement an option for both elder patients as well as younger patients.

In a traditional total knee replacement, the damaged areas of the femur, tibia and kneecap are removed and replaced with prostheses. Patients whose joint damage is limited to one area of the joint may be candidates for partial or unicompartmental replacement.

Dear lybrate user, my advise would be to consult a specialist either ortho/pain specialist for diagnosis, as low back pain can arise from disc, facet joints, sacroiliac joints, piriformis muscles, ql muscles etc. It is important to find out the source of problem and treat it rather than taking pain killer or doing physiotherapy without knowing the problem. Hope it will guide and help you understand your problem and you take steps accordingly. Thanks.

Do consult neuro or musculosketal physiotherapist and rule out any degenerative changes or bone or nerve lesion if so have physiotherapy if treatment for 10 days followed by joint mobilisation exercises once pain subsides.

Sir please tell me about my upper back portion pain . There i prescribed by a doctor to get the x-ray . In which it got that there are mild osteopathic changes are seen in vertebral spinal chord. So please tell me about the solution of this problem . It must be because of the gym exercises i was doing gym last year during which i got this serious issue .So please get me to a good path. It seems like a nerve irritation of the nerve going down to your leg. Avoid sitting for long time and start lying on your tummy by keep two pillows below your chest. Maintain this position for at least 15 minutes. Repeat it twice a day. Avoid bending forward.
