Hello four months is a too short period to declare infertility. Wait for some more time for conception. If you don't conceive after 5-6 mths, get all investigations and sonogram done to rule out any problem.

Some times when a woman is breastfeeding the baby she may not get her periods or her periods may become irregular but still it is better to confirm the pregnancy status by getting an ultrasound abdomen done and once it shows negative results then do adopt some contraceptive methods to avoid another pregnancy do soon

It is called as round ligament pain. It occurs because your ligaments gets stretched by growing uterus, and with brisk movement or getting up it produces pain. If pain is severe one can take tab. Crocin or parcetamol for pain relief. In the meantime it is better to have per vaginal examination by a gynecologist to check whether you are not going in labor.

How Homeopathy Helps To Treat Infertility?

BHMS

How Homeopathy Helps To Treat Infertility?

Infertility is a condition, which is diagnosed as the inability of the woman to conceive a child even after a prolonged duration of unprotected intercourse (for about 6 months to 1 year). This condition can affect both the genders. Infertility might cause immense societal embarrassment for the couple and can mar the joys of a relationship. The causes of infertility in male and female are as follows:

  1. In males, infertility might stem from injury to the testicles, erectile problems, premature ejaculation, infections due to sexually transmitted diseases, structural deformation of the testicles, little or irregular sperm count and blockage of the ejaculatory duct.
  2. In females, infertility might develop due to abnormal periods, polycystic ovarian syndrome, diseases which cause inflammation of the pelvis such as gonorrhoea and chlamydia, a disorder in the thyroid glands, blockage of the fallopian tubes and structural deformation of the uterus.
  3. The common reasons of infertility in both men and women can be attributed to increased body weight, old age, excessive consumption of alcohol, diabetes, mental anxiety, side effect of radiation therapy and prescribed medications.

As it is a holistic mode of treatment, Homeopathy can be used to treat infertility as the preparations do not contain any toxin and has zero side effects.
1. In men, if the reason behind infertility is irregular sperm count, then a prescribed dosage of X-Ray might help.
2. If infertility is caused due to erectile problems along with symptoms of severe mental stress, involuntary discharge of semen and lack of sexual desire, a prescribed dosage of Caladium or Selenium might be helpful.
3. If the discharge from the vagina appears to be acidic which gradually destroys the sperms, Borax might be prescribed.
4. If the woman suffers from episodes of irregular, but enduring menstrual periods, a prescribed dosage of Calcarea Carb might be helpful. If the duration of the periods is short, Pulsatilla might also be prescribed.
5. In women, if the symptoms include a lack of sexual desire along with excessive pain in the vagina during sexual intercourse, Sepia might be recommended. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Homeopath.

the yes and no answer depends on individual's definition of virginity. Because the word can mean different thing to different people. Some defines it as never having intercourse with a partner. Which of course, that is the most accurate definition of virginity. If that's your own definition, then, the answer to the question above is" no" you can't lose your virginity without having sexual intercourse. But some still calls a girl virgin, until she looses her" hymen" the hymen is a thin piece of tissue (flesh) that partially covers the opening of the vagina. It is an elastic skin that could stretch back and forth. Yet, this hymen could tear even without having sex.

5 Ways To Maintain A Passionate Sexual Life!

Maintaining a healthy relation with your partner in bed is of utmost importance for your relationship, but it should also kept in mind that it is not the only factor which is important. Your sex life is one of the keys to a successful relationship. With the advent of time, your sexual relationship with your partner may start to fade and seem uninteresting.

Here are 5 tips following which you can maintain a passionate sex life:

  1. Maintain overall intimacy: Regular good sex is important as it helps you to forget your daily hustle and bustle and end up in a different kind of world. Sexual intimacy is a key factor in living up your relationship. However, you should keep in mind that intimacy is not just confined to the bedroom. To maintain your spark, you must be intimate in other aspects of life as well with your partner. Preparing a meal together, dancing together, going for vacations enable to maintain intimacy in other sections instead of just the sex.
  2. Communicate: Tell your partner about your sexual preferences. Mention what you like and what is not suitable for you. Getting comfortable with each other is the most vital aspect in maintaining continued passion in your sex life. If you are not totally at ease with your partner, you may never find yourself experimenting or trying new moves in bed. Moreover, your partner is your counterpart and your most trusted companion. Communication at the level of friendship is also very important.
  3. Make Efforts and Moves: For people who are very busy and have got no time for their partners, a change in mentality is required. Instead of giving up on your sex life because of lack of time, make a move to find time and solve the problem. Taking time off will also relax your mind on account of which you can enjoy the sex better. Little things like dinner together, a shower together can be great boosters. So never ignore them. All you need is give some effort.
  4. Maintain a playful relationship: Always maintain a playful nature with your partner. Instead of pertaining to the bed, spice up your sex by choosing different locations. Indulging in sex on your rooftop under a full moon, or buying innovative, naughty sex toys allows you to gel better with your partner. Sex is enjoyed more when accompanied with laughter and fun.
  5. Be unpredictable: An ever static, same old routine dampens your sex life. Making unpredictable moves, which have got something new in them as these add new life to your sexual relationship. Try the funniest and most charming moves to surprise your partner. This ensures everlasting freshness.

Your sex life is an important part of your relationship and you should try your best to maintain the passion throughout. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Thank you for your question. Many women have subtle variations in their cycle throughout their reproductive years. Tension, weight gain or loss, change of accommodation, exams etc can cause minor irregularities in periods. Having said that in young fertile sexually active women the first step is always to rule out a pregnancy. Unprotected intercourse has the risk of unwanted pregnancy as well as unwanted sexually transmitted infections. Using a condom every single time correctly will prevent 95% of infections but only 85% of pregnancies. Not ejaculating inside her is a poor contraceptive strategy as even a small drop of semen contains a million sperms and you only need one to fertilise an egg and become pregnant. Pre ejaculate also contains millions of sperm. If you are having intercourse regularly you need to use something in addition to condoms so that an unwanted pregnancy as well as sexually transmitted infections can be prevented. If her period is over 7 days overdue and the first pregnancy test is negative you can repeat this after two weeks. In that time either the test will come positive or her period will appear. If neither happens please see your local gynaecologist for medication and investigations. Best wishes.

I checked my sugar. I was shocked that it increases to normal one. It is 243. What should I do?
lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Blood glucose 243 mg (fasting or after food or random not mentioned) is high. It signifies you have diabetes. It needs to be treated with appropriate medications, diet restrictions and regular exercise. There is no other option. So if you are willing to start the treatment with my guidelines, then please come in a private conversation with following details: FBG, Pp glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings. Then I will be able to give you specific treatment guidelines and other precautions those need to be followed. Otherwise, initiate treatment with guidance from your own doctor locally. Do not neglect or postpone it. Thanks.
