Greying of hair is inevitable process. It depends on many factors the most common is Genetics which you inherit from your parents and can not be changed. If they have their Silver's in Early age you will also get the same in early age. Others include Using Hair styling Chemicals, vitamin deficiency, excessive usage of salt, pepper, sour, sugar, oily food, preservatives etc. Stress, Smoking, lacking nutrition and so on. Add more of Fresh Fruits & Seasonal vegetables in your diet. Eat Sprouts, Almonds, Berries. Drink enough water instead of aerated drinks. You can have fish. Ditch the Chemical and styling products you are using for Hair instead go Natural. Use mild Shampoo to wash hair or prepare your own Shampoo with reetha and shikaki. Use natural conditioner like yoghurt, egg etc. Massaging your scalp with pure Oils like sesame oil, Coconut oil, almonds oil or cow ghee will prevent further greying. Ayurveda can help you in more better way with no known side effects. Taking Amalaki rasayan 1teaspoon twice daily will be more beneficial. Goodevening lybrate-user what I would advice you to do is to start with a few strengthening exercises for your leg. You need to get a proper gait (walking training) done for yourself. Always make sure that you place your heel first and then your foot should be flat. Walking properly with the right type of posture is very important. You could also do a fermentation of heat and cold that will also reduce your pain.

All About Ankle Instability

Ankle instability is often caused by damage to the lateral ankle ligaments. This typically causes strain and in further severe forms results in injury to the ligaments. This may further cause a feeling of instability in the ankle and eventually predispose the individual to get recurrent ankle sprains even with very minimal twists.

Symptoms: The symptoms of ankle instability include weakness and wobbliness in the ankle or a continuous feeling of falling down while walking on uneven surfaces. People with ankle instability often experience the feeling of rolling outwards or giving way. Sometimes, after the initial injury that led to the condition of the unstable ankle, patients often feel that something has not been right ever since that injury causing them to frequently lose their balance. The condition may result in the swelling of the ankle and increased vulnerability towards twists or sprains resulting from the weakness in the ankle and its inability to support the body weight.

Treatment: More often than not, patients with ankle instability may be treated without surgery by merely supporting the muscles that control the hinge joint of the ankle. This is done using supportive braces or shoes to reduce the threat of frequent ankle sprains and by avoiding activities that involve higher risk.

The treatment for ankle instability involves a range of exercises that focus on the strengthening of muscles to account for the balance provided by the ligament formerly. If pain is encountered while performing specific activities, patients are advised to use a tape or special shoes while performing the activity. If the problem still persists and goes extreme, the individual is recommended to opt for a surgery.

The surgical intervention for ankle instability can be categorized under anatomic reconstruction and peroneal substitution ligament reconstruction. The former aims to allow the stretched or torn ligament to heal in a shortened position by using the individual's own tissue or a cadaver tendon. In the latter, the torn ligament is completely replaced by using another tendon from the patient's own ankle.

Both the methods have their own pros and cons and the choice of a particular method is dependent on the physician after careful examination of the individual case. In most cases, the patient is advised physiotherapy or exercise and surgery is, but rarely advised. According to symptoms ut case is of coccydynia. 1. Avoid long sitting on hard surface. 2. Use cushion. 3. Hot sitz bath. 4. Local heat at night. 5. Avoid squatting, cross legged sitting. 6. Some pelvic exercise.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

I've joined gym after a long time. And soon after the first day of workout, i've got a muscle strain on my left arm. My right arm feels the normal pain like after every workout. But my left arm has worsen. I'm not able to stretch my arm full, because of the pain in the biceps area. What do I do?
