I am having allergic symptoms of itchy nose, sneezing, watery nose since last 9 to 10 years. I have tried ayurvedic medicines from patanjali, homeopathic medicines (2 years) and even unani medicines. All these treatment only gave relief fo short period only.
Last year I got testing of skin prick method for allergies and found that I had allergies for few food items. Ige total antibody was 179 on 17th oct 2018. Dr. had prescribed allergen in the form of drops. Initially I had body itching as well that I do not have currently due to the medicines he had prescribed. But now due to pandemic, I am not able to contact the doctor. I am taking montemac -l tablet every 3rd day for the symptoms.
Wanted to know if there is any side effect for long term use of this medicine.
Is there any medicine in ayurveda for anti histamine.
Please advice.

Treating Nose Infections

I have pressure (not pain) and fullness in and around my nose, right eye, right cheek, right side of face and right side of back portion of head since 24-25 march (earlier I had cold and cough symptoms between 10-12 march out of which all cold symptoms went away within 7-8 days, only cough remained). The pressure worsen when I bend or lay down for sleep. Since 24-25 march, I have tried 2 antibiotics (amoxicillin and azithromycin) but couldn't complete them as I am allergic to them (eg. Red rash, headaches, dizziness, etc.). I have also tried omnaris and some painkillers. Since 4 days, I am on antihistamine with leukotriene combination along with corticosteroid nasal spray. It has definitely reduced my pressure and headache to some effective extent but still I can feel pressure and fullness in and around my nose, right eye, right cheek, right side of face and right side of back portion of head while laying down for sleep, bending, walking or sitting. I have started experiencing lots of viscous and transparent nasal liquid falling into my throat and creating some big cough along with transparent and thin liquid flowing out from my nostrils. Ps: the pressure or fullness decreases when I spit or remove this nasal liquid for some 30-60 minutes. And, after that slowly the pressure or fullness again starts to build. Please suggest.
