I am losing hair quickly and I need a good suggestion from you in order to avoid these critical situation.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Are problems with your erections or low libido putting a damper on your sex life?

1. Consider medication

2. Watch your waistline

High blood pressure and cholesterol can cause the vascular problems that lead to trouble with your erections. It’s important to maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising and keeping your weight down.

Avoiding high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease may lessen the frequency of erection problems — or at least delay their onset.

3. Get your heart checked if needed

What if you already have an established condition, such as high blood pressure or diabetes? pills can still be effective, but your doctor may want to check your heart.

If you have a family history of Diabetes, then you have to be careful. At present, your blood sugar is in the normal range but may I suggest you to check it once every 6-8 months. Have a simple healthy & nutritious diet. Do regular exercise. It will help you to prevent most of the lifestyle diseases.

Health tips for control of hair fall -

Hair fall is experienced by most individuals in their lifetime. Most of the time hair fall gies unnoticed if the density of hair is good. Patients experience the hair fall though they are taking good diet and infact water intake is normal and even if they dont have any significant systemic disease.

1. Don't go for hair straightening and vigrous heat treatments if you are having hair fall. Its a myth that straightening would prevent hair fall. 
2. Cover your hair when you are taking steam, sauana, or hot water bath 
3. Treat your hair as a baby and pamper them. Dont use harsh shampoos and soap instead use a mild medicated shampoo and conditioner and infact wash your hair minimum twice in a week 
4. Dont comb the hair when they are wet, let them dry a bit before you comb
5. You can oil the hair 1 hr. Before shampooing or washing, no neec to apply oil overnight.
6. Males and females have different pattern of hair loss and needs seperate consideration and treatment. 
7. Wash your hair preferrably with luke warm water, avoid using hard water or underground water for washing them.
8. Hair fall may expose some areas if your scalp, try to change combing pattern and dont tie your hair very tight. 
9. Anti hair fall shampoos and serums may be applied after consultation with the dermatologist

Mastubation is not the reason for you remaining thin and if your vital parameters of the body are normal than you will gain weight on your own.
