It's always good to have a cray for a good diagnosis, but you can focus on isometric exercises of your back and strengthning of core muscles for pain you can use hot pack to reduce pain and if pain is too much you can use lumber belt

This is about my mother, she is in her mid 40s and there has been consistent swallowing in her body fat. She has gone through tests which said she is lacking haemoglobin. Now yesterday she had a cramp in her lower back while getting up from the pot and now she is unable to move freely. She can not even walk or get up on her feet properly. Her back is paining whenever she gets up. What to do?

Concentrate on iron rich foods and calcium rich foods - it's a long term goal. Exercise 1: now make her to lie on her back - bend knees with a pillow under - ask her to raise arms above - place a towel role at the site of pain - ask her to breath briskly & continuously for 15 minutes. Repeat several times. It may help her. Make her to lie on back - bend her knees (placing feet on floor) - rotate the knees together to both the sides as the pain allows without holding breath - after sometime ask her to try further range of rotation as the pain allows and hold for few seconds then rotate to opposite side and do the same - repeat for several times a day (not to be done immediately after food; take 1 hour break) *please avoid cushion beds. All the best for your mom.

Dear lybrate user, the size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. In normal condition when an individual undergoes sexual arousal blood flow is directed towards those muscles of penis. As a result the muscles of penis gets pumped up & increase in size. This phenomenon is externally manifested as the erection of penis.

Well it does not work as a medicine. It just said to be a home remedies. And garlic in any form has to be used according to constitution of each person. Like pitta person can't take it and kapha person can take more. So for that I should know your condition first. Than only I can advice better. Thanks.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.
