if theres no fever thn she can have the vaccine. mild cold is not a contraindication for vaccination.. if fever is there then you should delay it

do not apply such sprays as they work by mechanism of counterirritation...and the contents in it may irritate the babys skin to a greater extent.. use pcm drops
