I am having pain under the 2 ball of foot my MRI reports showed that small I'll defined soft tissue lesion between 3 and 4 metatarsal highly suspicious of small Morton neuroma my doctor said I am having gout my uric acid report was 6.98 I followed doctor's prescription took zyloric 300 foe about 3 week but no change please give me better suggestions about my symptoms he also said it could be due to stress factor how can I clear my doubt.

Hi, you should consult with general surgeon for needful. This may need decompression surgery. Do not worry this is not a major surgery. If there is no relief with medications surgery is required. You can ask about intralesional steroid injections also, this may give you relief,

My age is 26. I have lipomas more than 15 in my body . How to check them are they dangerous. Some are painful when I touch them especially in my stomach. Which doctor should I consult or any MRI ,CT SCan, ultrasound.please advise me.

1. A lipoma is a growth of fatty tissue that slowly develops just under your skin. 2. If the lipoma bothers you, is painful or is growing, doctor may recommend that it be removed. Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Please try to be a good sports shoes there are chances of being flat footed r lack of vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 avoid running on hard surface do some stretching exercises prior to your Run if pain persist please show a Orthopaedic surgeon.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I am suffering from fracture of ligament right knee due to fall down in the pit and suffering medical tere within four months ago. Ayurveda treat continued 3 months. Now the muscle of above and below of knee very low. Cotton with oil around knee for supporting walk. With out cotton or knee cape I can't walk free.
