Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight. And myopia has a tendency to increase till adulthood.

Hello lybrate-user. Lasik is a good option if you take good care of the eys. Otherwise, it is not a permanent solution. It costs around 30-50 thousands depending on the center.

My eye was very flame what I do I daily run bike on road from morning to evening.

Hi, If your eyes burns or feels as if flammed while riding bike only then the blow of wind or else exposure to sunlight could be the reason for making the eyes dry which causes tears from eyes. Wear a branded goggles with UV-protection whenever you are out in the sun, also wear a hat helmet over it (which is mandatory for your head's protection as well as it covers eyes). Keep blinking your eyes frequently. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water or even more than that in a day if you do have to travel in the sunlight for long hours. Medication: Use Euphrasia Eye drops twice daily and have Euphrasia 30/ twice a day for 1 week.

I am a design engineer so whole day I design in computer, please suggest any proper lenses and tips to protect the eyes.
Most of software professionals don't know how to work on computer for long time without giving trouble to eyes. While working on computer number of blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute leading to severe dryness causing burning, eyestrain, blurring of vision & headache. One should try to have normal blinking while working on computer, should look away from screen after every 10 minute , should take rest for 10 minute after every 2 hours& should wear antiglare glass. Software professionals should use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times daily (Systane ultra)&genteal gel once at bed time.
