If xray report is normal then I would recommend you to take some precautions and once contact your near by physiotherapist as a physiotherapist will give your physio modalities along with some exercises to help widen the spaces between the vertebrae which hence reduce pressure on the nerves. I am recommending you some physio care please note: precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Avoid standing in the one position for a long time. 4. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back. Physio care: advice you to contact near by physio to get treatment. In the mean time please follow the i-care treatment that is designed by me specially for back or neck pain. Have tested on many patients and got pain relief: take rest, doesn't mean a complete bed rest. Do not over exert your body. Work take rest and then work so that you do not feel tired and started paining. Treatment- 1. Apply ice or heat (whichever suits you) directly to the area of low back pain will decrease swelling and inflammation, and ease your discomfort. Apple it for 10 to 15 minutes only. 2. Relaxing for 5 minutes after ice or heat treatment. Apply any pain relieving ointment eg - volini or oraflame gel etc. Make sure not to do massage with the gel, it should not penetrate the body. 3. Again relax your body for 5 minutes and perform some normal back extension and hamstring stretching exercises to get relief from your pain. Please take advice from physio as he/she will guide you proper exercise plan which will be beneficial for you after checking grade of your back pain.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I'm mentally worried about certain things happening in my life. I passed out 12th on 2015 and due to some problems I dropped one year and took up coaching classes for medical entrances these year. As the exams are approaching I feel like I don't want to study MBBS as I am not going to be qualified. I want to do B. Sc Biotechnology. My parents are forcing me to make sure I get MBBS this year, because they have spend like 50k for coaching and they think it was a waste. And Because they think being a doctor is all about money and Lifetime insurance. They don't support my other choice i. E being a researcher. They constantly say me that it is a long way course and there is too much competition and I may end up being unemployed. They don't understand my ability of thinking and why I want to take biotechnology. Just because they say being Doctor is all about prestiges, money and insurance, I hate doctors and I hate thinking myself as a MBBS student too. Why would I end up taking MBBS because it makes people rich? I want to do something of my own, with my ability. Why would I run after prestige for just the tag before our names! Sometime I feel like ending up my life. I'm not even able to study for the entrances. I'm having sleep problems, sometime I sleep like never going to wake up or sometime I suffer from insomnia, my diet has been changed too. Either I eat too much or I don't eat at all and just lose appetite. I suffer from extreme headache too and not able to cry when I just want to scream and cry sometimes. Please help me through these.

Pain during periods is common but you should do ultrasound test of pelvis to see if there is any problem.

You need to be Started on treatment as well as diet precautions and exercise. Before treatment you require proper evaluation and tests to rule out Diabetes, thyroid. Quit smoking and alcohol. Cut down sugar, carbohydrate and read meat from your diet and get a detailed diet consult. Start exercising and gradually build up to a target of 30-40 mins of brisk walking everyday. For treatment consult in private with Detailed Lipid profile, Renal function test, Liver function test, ECG, TSH, Random and Post Prandial sugar tests.

It could be commonly due to tonsillitis,oral thrush, sore throat, gastritis. Treatment depends on the cause of it. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Chew the food properly. Take antacid tablet if hyperacidity. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.

For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Hi, There are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. 1. Proper Brushing One of the easiest steps to do to help your teeth keep clean. When brushing your teeth, position the bristles at an angle of 45 degrees near the gum line. Both the gum line and the tooth surface should be in contact with the bristles. Brush the outer surfaces of the teeth using a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion, making sure to be done gently in order to avoid bleeding. To clean the inside surfaces of the teeth and gums, place the bristles at a 45-degree angle again and repeat the back-and-forth, up-and-down motion. Lastly, brush the surfaces of your tongue and the roof of your mouth to remove bacteria, which might cause bad breath. Try to brush at least twice a day to prevent acid buildup from the breakdown of food by bacteria. However, if your work or activities prevent you from doing this, thoroughly rinse your mouth with water after eating to minimize the amount of food that would serve as substrate for the bacteria. 2. Flossing! We know, it’s a chore and alot of times forgetful after brushing if rushing out the door or heading to bed. However, flossing can help you remove food particles and other detrimental substances that brushing regularly cannot. Flossing allows you to reach deep between your teeth where the toothbrush bristles cannot reach or even mouthwash cannot wash away. We recommend flossing at least once a day. 3. Avoid Tobacco This will be a big favor to your teeth. One, it will save you from oral cancer and periodontal complications. Two, it will save you from the countless ill effects caused by the agents used to mask the smell of tobacco. For example, if you smoke a cigarette, you may use candies, tea or coffee to mask the smoky breath and odor. This doubles the amount of damage caused. 4. Limit Sodas, Coffee and Alcohol Although these beverages contain a high level of phosphorous, which is a necessary mineral for a healthy mouth, too much phosphorous can deplete the body’s level of calcium. This causes dental hygiene problems such as tooth decay and gum disease. Beverages containing additives such as corn syrup and food dye can make pearly white teeth appear dull and discolored. Therefore, it is best to choose beverages like milk, which helps strengthen teeth and build stronger enamel, giving you a healthy, beautiful smile and water which hydrates your body longer than sugary drinks. 5. Consume Calcium and other Vitamins that are good for the body You need plenty of calcium for your teeth. It is essential for the teeth as well as your bones. It is better to drink milk, fortified orange juice and to eat yogurt, broccoli, cheese, and other dairy products. You can also take a calcium supplement, taking different doses according to your age and necessity as per prescription. Calcium and Vitamin D are necessary for maintaining the health of gums and teeth. Vitamin B complex is also essential for the protection of gums and teeth from cracking and bleeding. Copper, zinc, iodine, iron and potassium are also required for maintaining healthy dental hygiene. 6. Visit Your Dentist You should visit your dentist at least twice a year to have a full hygiene treatment performed. Also at these appointments, a comprehensive exam is taken with x-rays to help detect and prevent future dental treatments from occurring. 7. Use Mouthwash along side brushing and flossing Mouthwash is not particularly necessary and not all mouthwashes are useful. Mouthwashes containing Listerine our chlorine dioxide are very helpful because they help to kill and maintain the bacteria in your mouth. It can help maintain good breath as well as help maintain strong teeth. Mouthwash cannot do all the work but if your are already brushing, flossing, visiting the dentist and eating well, mouthwash is the cherry on top that will make your dental health great. 8. Having a toothache or noticing other dental symptoms If you are having tooth and jaw pain make an appointment as soon as possible. Your dentist needs to diagnose the underlying cause and correct it before it turns into a greater problem. 9. Look at the Big Picture Everyone understands that you should take care of your teeth to avoid toothaches, maintain your looks and keep dental bills at bay. Many people, however, don’t understand how crucial oral health is to our total health picture. Tooth problems can lead to diabetes, heart disease, systemic infections, an inability to eat or speak properly and other maladies – some life-threatening. Crooked or crowded teeth can contribute to gum disease that can eventually lead to tooth loss. Straight teeth are no longer just for looks. 10. Clean your tongue Clean the surface of your tongue daily. By using a professional tongue cleaner you remove countless bacteria that otherwise live, particularly on the rougher top surface of your tongue. These can contribute to bad breath (halitosis) and negatively affect your dental health.

Get your blood checked for cbc and follow up with reports and wear cotton clothes and fully cover your body including face and hands while going in direct sunlight and drink a minimum of three litres of water per day and if necessary apply caladryl lotion over the lesion.

I am a 51 year old male, having diabetes of cource with the sugar level up to about 170. I have not taken any medicine and believe that I can over come this through work outs etc. I do exercise with weights but little with long distance walking or running, some times skipping is this good enough. 2) there is a another thing that my desire for sex has decline from daily to 3-4 days a week and after intercourse I feel weak. Is this ok? is protinex good to recover my weakness. I am 70 kgs and love to be fit and strong as ever.

Good to see that u r determined enough to overcome your problem. Monitor your blood sugar levels and regulate them at upto 110 fasting and upto 140 pp. If yr level r above this at a regular basis then it can effect other organs of yr system.
