Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

As you are growing older and wingle you need some company and this is normal as you have maternal instinct going on. Consider that, You do breathing excercise/ getup earlyin the morning/ thing positive. Know that millions have turned their lives positive. And they have accepted their lives. Restructure your lifestyle and do some work. Reverse sleep rhythm and do some work or do night shifts. Keep your mind active. You have to light your own inner light /that is genius.

First of all, you have too many myths about your health. Calm down a bit. Now, baking soda won't increase your weight. I am listing down some very basic tips for weight gain for you. Please follow it religiously, if you are serious about weight gain. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

. 1. It could be due to essential tremor. The cause of the tremor is unknown. In some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. There is no definite treatment unless it is severe 2 other causes of tremor could be stress, anxiety, panic, nervousness, inadequate sleep, physical exhaustion, strong emotion, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, smoking/tobacco/alcohol abuse/withdrawl, excess tea/coffee, drugs like steroid/amphetamine, neurological disorder, 3. Investigate yourself to exclude the above causes of tremor after consulting neurologist 4. Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. Avoid excess tea/coffee/ smoking/alcohol 6. Take good nourishing diet 7. Have adequate sleep. 8. Do a thyroid function test to exclude thyroid problem 9. Consult neurologist for further advice.

If you naturally have a really fast metabolism, eating three meals a day, Eating this much can take a lot of effort, since you need to stock up on enough food to feed yourself more often. Pack calorie-rich snacks you can eat on the go, like bananas and peanut butter or dense granola bars. Eat plenty of calories at every meal. Eating five small, low-calorie meals isn?t going to cut it; they?ve got to be big and rich in calories. Load up on a restaurant-sized meal each time, with big portions of meat, vegetables, and a carbohydrate. Eating this much might not exactly feel comfortable, but it?s the best way to gain weight fast. ? A large enough breakfast might consist of a three-egg omelet, two slices of bacon or sausage, a cup of roasted breakfast potatoes and a glass of orange juice. ? For lunch, try a fully dressed turkey club on whole wheat bread, two bananas, and a salad. ? Dinner could be a grilled steak, loaded baked potato and a few cups of grilled veggies. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effects you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. It is clear that your husband has a very badly controlled diabetes. This may be due to inappropriate medication and/or excess dietary intake or not enough exercise. Ideally when diabetes is well controlled FBG should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Therefore, just giving dietary advise is not at all going to be beneficial. His whole treatment has to be looked at and needs to be altered so that blood glucose is properly controlled. So if you are keen on it, then please come in a private conversation with all the details mentioned above, then I will be able to guide specifically. Please understand strict blood glucose control is absolutely essential for having a normal complication free life. The choice is yours. Thanks.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

You seem to be anxious when on stage and this could be coming from a lack of self confidence. On stage or in presentations, it's not about how much you remember. It's about how you reproduce what you know. So it's important to know about the content of your presentation. If once in a way you refer to the contents. The people will not think i'll of you. Everyone can forget something on stage. It's common. Instead of focusing on yourself. Look at the audience and make eye contact. Engage them in your presentation. You can also work upon your body language and gestures and practice in front of a small group of known people so that you can become at ease. If your hands are shaking, hold a pen/pencil or the desk with your hands. Don't stuff them in your pockets as it's not considered as very respectful of the audience. Any thoughts that you have about your inability to do well. Need to be worked through in counselling. If you are the kind of person who becomes anxious in other situations as well, then it will be important for you to take counselling sessions and learn tips tools and techniques to manage and cope with stressful situations. Stage fear is a very common fear and many people are afraid to be centre stage but it stil needs to be done as it's part of their job.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician for further management

Coconut milk consists of fats and proteins. It promotes hair regrowth and controls hair loss. For quick results apply the coconut milk to the scalp and hairs. Grate the coconut and grind it in a mixer. You can extract the milk from this paste and apply the milk directly to the scalp and hair ends. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and shampoo the hair afterwards. It will stop hair thinning and promotes hair regrowth.
