Study with a calm & relaxed mind. Try to enjoy your studies & stay positive. Do not take your studies as a stress. Take the following measures to study better: •Study daily from the start of your academic session •Revise your lessons regularly. •Group studies & group discussions are also helpful. •Do not try to memorize blindly. Try to understand your lessons. •Write down the main points & form mnemonics from them. Mnemonic devices are techniques which help to remember something. It’s a simple shortcut that helps us associate the information we want to remember with an image, a sentence, or a word. •Have a plan to manage your time of study. Make a routine for studying. Study for 30-45 minutes & then take 5-10 mins break. •Be confident of yourself & do not compare yourself with others. •If you feel stressed while studying, talk to someone, listen to some music or do something that relax you. •Expect exam outcomes rationally & what is within your capability. Impractical & over expectation that is beyond one’s capability brings in fear & frustration. •Just focus on giving your best effort. •Take your class time seriously by taking notes summarizing what your teacher has said. •Every morning relax yourself adequately before you sit for studies; go for a walk, spend some time with nature, go for a walk, do yoga, breathing exercise or relaxation techniques. •Have adequate sleep. •Explore your own talents & feel good about yourself. •Set goals which are realistic & within your capability & try to pursue them. •Stay away from substance of abuse like alcohol, cannabis, inhalants, drugs etc. •Enhance your coping skills & problem solving skills. •Spend time with friends, family members or well wishers with whom you feel comfortable & positive. •Practice deep breathing & relaxation exercises •Eat healthy food & reduce caffeine, tea, cola, and chocolate consumption. Hello Lybrate User, Disturbed sleep,Insomnia is commonly defined as the habitual inability to initiate and maintain sleep, or the experience of nonrestorative sleep.Insomnia is a heterogeneous problem, taking many forms, including difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking at night, early morning awakening and the inability to fall back asleep. It is extremely common. Here are some tips to will help you to have a good sleep - 1. get into a bed time routine. 2. avoid caffeine, tobacco or alcohol in the late evening. 3. make your bedroom an attractive place to sleep and a quiet room without tickling clocks, etc. 4. have the room temperature just right / maintain moderate temperature. 5. if you can't sleep after half an hour get up and do something feel good until you feel sleepy. 6. Do exercise regularly. 7. Darkness will help you, reduce the light in your room. 8. Hi relax and take a rest. There is always muscle soreness when you do new exercise or increase intensity of exercise. Take hot water bath. Increase fluid intake. Eat freash fruits and vegetables. If still you don't get relief consult me via lybrate.

Dear lybrate user, this is typical in a couple relationship. This happens because the boy and the girl belong to completely different families which have different values and beliefs. Both - the boy and the girl have certain expectations from their partner, which is a result of their own perception. When these expectations are not met, the problems in the relationship starts. It is advisable that either, you both or at least you yourself need to consult a counsellor for pri- marital counselling. The counsellor will do the needful. Please seek professional help, before getting married, irrespective of whether you remain in the same relationship or you want to move on.

I am 37 years male. Weight 86 kgs. Height 5" 10. Does regular exercise. Diet is not much high content in protein. May be I am taking around 30-35 grams of protein everyday in normal food. I am planning to take oxandrolone 10 mg tablets for around 8 weeks for muscle and strength building. I plan to take 30 mg daily. As a doctor can you help me on this? Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear Sir Your wife's test report are near normal. Please continue Tab. Thyronorm 25 mcg as suggested by your doctor. As it is deficiency of hormone so thyroxine is necessary to keep it in balance. Don't worry at all as it doesn't have any side effects. But please do check Thyroid profile once in 3 month to titrate your medicine.

For nasal bleeds, bend forward and pinch your nose for 5-10 min. As it is due to hot weather, you can apply cold compress too. Wear sunglasses while going out in sun. Drink plenty of liquids. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Hope this helps you.

7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 6 hours and you will feel fresh and active

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Home remedies are as follows:- Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturises dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.
