For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - If the pain is associated with either low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Dear lybrate-user, as per your weight and height your body mass index is 31.9 which is on higher side. You need to lose approx. 20 kg weight. You can try diet and exercise to lose weight.

I need to reduce my stomach fat, I am weighting 95 KGS now, so what food is better and good for me.
Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce stomach fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

M into gyming since 20 days m 61 kgs now nd my height is 5'11. I had done free hand for last 20 days, my trainer told me to lift dumbbells now, m a bit thin also but my body is gaining weight these days, will there be any problem if I use dumbbells or any weights now.

Dumbbell & any weight lifting helps you in increasing muscle mass & size.It do not cause any problem but avoid heavy weight & long time exercises.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. When on treatment with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Since your TSH is much higher, there is a need for increasing the dosage. That can be calculated based on height, weight, T4 and TSH levels. Thanks.
