Every girl bleeds at the time of first intercourse or at the time of loosing virginity? Explain me in detail.

Every girl bleeds at the time of first intercourse or at the time of loosing virginity? Explain me in detail.
No every girl does not bleed. Bleeding is caused by the hymein being broken. This can happen during day to day life. If you horse ride it can happen, if you fall hard when ice skating it can happen, if you take a bad fall in genral it can happen. If you mastrabate internatlly in can happen. Basicly the hymein is not a very strong peice of skin. It can rupture while running, cycling or even vigorous excercises. If a women doesn't bleed then does it mean that she is not a virgin. She is virgin. If you do not bleed is it's not bad, as I said they can be lost in day to day activity (even running) just anything where the impact is enough to break it or if you have had any internal exams (like the smear) or have tried internal mastrabation. Its not bad.

I am 24 year old girl with irregular periods (PCOS). PCOS means I do not have any other problems like diabetes, hirsutism or any other issues except irregular periods. I got married on 11th November 2017. Now since 2 weeks I am experiencing lot of breast tenderness and heaviness, I get tired sometimes for no reason, sometimes I start feeling nauseated in my stomach, I am getting lot of mood swings. My period date was on 5th January 2018. Today its 9th and still I haven't got my periods. My breast tenderness is getting more and more day by day and sometimes I get period like cramps also but no period. On December 30th 2017, I had checked for home pregnancy urine test using my evening urine and I had got negative result. But why am I experiencing this much of sore and tender breasts? I can't even touch my both breasts, it pains a lot. Is that pregnancy test wrong or should I test again? When shall I test for that again?

Diet & Lifestyle Advice Low-fat milk is recommended. Boil milk before drinking. Drink it warm. This makes it easier to digest. Do not take milk with a full meal or with sour or salty foods. Add a pinch of turmeric or ginger to the milk before boiling it. This helps to reduce the kapha increasing qualities of the milk. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended. Sweeteners: Honey is excellent for reducing kapha. Reduce the intake of sugar products, which increase kapha. Beans are recommended. Nuts should be avoided. Grains such as barley, chickpea and millet are recommended. Do not take too much wheat or rice, as they increase kapha. Spices are recommended only in moderate quantities. Vegetables such as potaotoes and sweet potatoes should be avoided as they can cause weight gain. Follow a lifestyle that will not aggravate any dosha. Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity. Limit the use of contraceptives. Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both, excessive fasting and overeating are harmful. Smoking, drinking alcohol and using narcotics aggravates menstrual disorders. If you want more better treatment consult me.

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.

3 Tricks To Increase Bed Time

BAMS, MD Ayurveda
Sexologist, Navi Mumbai
3 Tricks To Increase Bed Time

Two things that most men are generally insecure about are sex and the size of their penis. They are always concerned if their penis size is above average and their performance in bed is good. Although the size of their penis, is not in their control, they can definitely make a positive difference is bed, by holding ejaculation for a longer period of time.
A recent research had revealed that 45% of men last for a less period of time, that is, only about 2 minutes. This statistic may be quite disappointing, but when it comes to lasting longer in bed, the situation can be improved by following some useful tips.

Here are 3 ways in which you can last longer in bed, and make your sex life more fulfilling-

1. The stop-start technique- This technique is quite useful and has great results. When you start getting stimulated and reach the point of your arousal where you cannot hold on any longer- stop. Stop for about 10 seconds and allow your arousal to subside. Continue to do this for a few times, and then release.
2. The squeeze technique- Research has shown that in case you are close to ejaculation, stop and gently squeeze just below the penis head. The pressure is aimed towards the urethra and it helps in repressing your ejaculation.
3. Use desensitizing rubbers- A very effective way to hold back your ejaculation is by wearing desensitizing condoms. These condoms feature a desensitizing lubricant known as benzocaine. But while using a condom, make sure you put it on the right side up, or the lubricant will end up affecting your partners vagina, making sex more difficult
Certain lifestyle changes have also been found to help improve your sex life. For instance a vegetarian diet and pelvic exercises make you stronger and better in bed.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Many women during their pregnancy will always be asked how much weight they have gained. Moderate weight gain during pregnancy is normal as your baby’s growth and development will depend on it. The extra kilograms will eventually be lost after delivery to reach your pre-pregnancy weight after some time. You as a pregnant woman can gain an average of 12 kg (8-16 kg) to account for the baby’s weight and other tissues and fluids accompanying pregnancy. You should neither worry about that nor lower your caloric intake unless there is pre-pregnancy obesity or a high weight gain. Here’s where the weight gain goes Baby: 2 – 3.4 kg Placenta: 0.5 kg Amniotic fluid: 4.0 – 5.9 kg Larger uterus: 0.5 – 1.1 kg Larger breasts: 0.5 – 1.4kg Increased blood volume: 1.0 – 1.8 kg Increased fat stores: 1.0 – 3.6 kg. The pattern of you to gain weight is as follows: In the first trimester, you do not need to gain much weight, only about 0-2 kg In the second and third trimester, steady weight gain is important for baby’s growth and development, which can be about 1–2 kg/month As a result it’s preferred that your weight gain doesn’t exceed these limits as it would lead to several complications in pregnancy and delivery. Some of them could be high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, fatigue, backache, delivery complications due to increased fetus weight and less milk secretion due to the high storage of fat tissues around the milk glands. Another point pregnant women should not forget is that when they gain excess weight, they will find it difficult to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight. And also you have to calculate your weight according to your height and age.

TO AVOID PREGNANCY YOU CAN DO UNPROTECTED SEX DURING SAFE PERIOD MEANS 1st DAY OF M.C. TO 7 th DAY AND 20 th DAY TO 30 th DAY OF MENSTRUAL CYCLE. DURING UNSAFE PERIOD YOU HAVE NOT TO EJACULATE SEMEN IN PARTNER'S VAGINA. OTHERWISE USE NIRODH.

M. sc Psychology, BHMS

May be uinary tract infection. Get check up for complete urine test, n then get t/t accordingly, some times, if its purely vaginal infection, then you both need to take t/t simultaneously. So better to see any gynaecologist.
