You need get strengthen your muscles around knee. Do strengthening exercises of quads. Hams. & calf. Take few sitting under the supervision of physiotherapist he/she will teach you exercises the the same.

You need to improve your muscle strength around knee joint. Do regular strengthening exercises of quads. Hams, & calf muscle.

Do not jump on your injured foot. You need to take proper rest & treatment. Consult your nearest orthopedic or physiotherapist for treatment- pwb, us, & ift. Home care - do hot fomentation, do not put weight on your injured foot.
