Hello, I am doctor B.P. Tyagi from Ghaziabad. I am ENT surgeon. The PRP injection we are using for sensorineural hearing loss; the benefit of the injection is we can replace the cochlear implant and hearing aid with this injection. Hearing aid for both ears cost around 80,000 and cochlear implant cost around 18 lakh for both the ear and it should be replaced every 10 years. If a patient normal age is 60 years then he has to spend or she has to spend around 1.5 Cr for hearing and we can do this injection therapy and get hearing in natural way, so it is better than cochlear implant and the hearing aid. It gives better response. For my endoscopy technique, I am doing endoscopic cartilage tympanoplasty, this technique is scarless technique for ear drum repair, and average time of operation is around 18 minutes. Thank You.
