Paseene ke sath ye infection tezi se badhta hai. Islia jhan jhan sweating jyada hoti hai vhan ye bimari badhti hai. Ye infection ek se dusre me easily phail jata hai. Islia aap apna towel kisi se share na kren. Bedsheet se bhi ye bimari ek se dusre me phail jati hai. Gym krne vale ko lia bhi towel na change krna ek source of infection ban skta hai. Kabhi kabhi diabetes se bhi ye infection badhta hai. Aisa infection rainy season me hota hai. Is bimari se bachne ke lia aap apne apko jitna jyda ho ske dry rkhen. Cotton ke kapde pehne. Agar kisi ko aisa infection hai to use apne undergarments frequently change krne chaiye. Apne kapdon ko din me 2 baar badle. Shoes kam se kam use kren. Humidity ke sath ye infection tezzi se spread hota hai. Ye red color se skin pe visible hota hai. Patient ko iski vjha se kafi khujli hoti hai or sath me jalan bhi hoti hai. Ise ringworm bhi kejte hain. Isme 2 type ki medicines di jati hai. Khane and lgane ki. Hume bina doctor ke suggestion ke medicnes nhi leni chaiye quki ye is bimari ko lailaj bhi bna skta hai.
