Yes you can. 2-3tspn should be taken. Apart from medication, don't forget to have plenty of fluids, walk for 20 min after every meal and avoid very heavy meals.

No. There is no chance that semen can pass through her underwear. If you haven't ejaculated then I do t think you should worry so much.
