1.Increase intake of oily foods that are easily digested, sweet things, purified butter, vegetable soups, milk and almonds. 2.Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence. 3.Avoid physical and mental exertion... 4.Get a good night’s sleep. 5.Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil. 6.Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains. 7.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 8.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 9.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

I have severe pain in my right elbow whenever it touches some object. It is there from last two months. At times it is negligible and at times severe. There has been no injury as such. The pain is like some wound .

Hi thanks for the query From the details you had given it could be most probably a tennis elbow. Initially i would like you to visit your doctor to prescribe some analgesics and gels and get some stretches to the elbow from the physiotherapist.

When pain management doesn't help, what are other alternatives for back pain due to bulged discs and arthritis?
Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases.please do consult u need medicines . U HAVE DIFFERENT AYURVEDIC THERAPY SPECIALLY FOR SPINE PROBLEMS & EFFECTIVE MEDICINES FOR COMPLETE CURE

Dear user. You are not feeling well due to weakness and it is causing you severe pain in back. Nothing to worry. Take paracetamol 500mg twice a day and accelofenac 1 time. You will be fine.

Aapki complaints sunkar lagta hai aapko ligament injury hai. Apke age, profession aur activities ko dekhte huye apke k liye surgery hi best option hai. Surgery me apko ligament reconstruction surgery lagne wali hai na ki knee replacement. Kisi orthopedic surgeon in person me dikhaye, woh apko sahi advice denge.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise. Get your blood test also done. Don't sit on floor. Use lumber spine belt and knee cap. Take calcium and multivitamin with Glucosamine supplement for 2 month

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Coffee. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption (if you do). Do pranayama early morning.

Please do a MRI of the lumbo-sacral joint to understand your problem. Also take Mag phos 12x - twice daily for next 2 weeks and revert back.

Yes it could be related to heart ,specially if your thyroid is on a higher side , or you are taking medicines as thyroid hormones for a low thyroid. High BP is also one of the risks for heart attack/ chest pain. Keep thyroid and BP under control besides taking general care as advised by your treating doctor.

It can b due to prolong sitting on hard surface or may be due to sudden fall but if any of this not happened you need to be examined physically.

Dear lybrate-user first of all congrats. Then post natal exercises we start from day 2 after c section delivery. Kindly avoid bending activities n the exercises start from the base and then move on to advance level. Dnt worry we can work things up. And then there are certain things like baby feeding position, stair climbing n all and a list of wat to do n wat not to do. N your diet also. So its right time to start exercises without furthur delay for back, neck, pelvic floor n abdominal.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
