Spinal chord problem previously due to falling down from bike, then I was asked not to lift heavy loads but I lifted one day. From that day problems started and then my lower body mainly legs become numb and after doing some stretching, it goes away for sometime and again comes back whenever I become a little tensed and something travels from tip of the head to the toe if tension happens. Hello, My spinal code bone is little curved due to tension or stress. Now doctor advised me to do physiotherapy & I am taking anti-inflammation medicine & back pain gel. But still no good result. Kindly advice what to do in this matter.

Don't take traction now ,talk to your Physiotherapists for using another equipment for pain relief. It will take time around 2-3 week.

I had a fall in bathroom and had sprained neck. Was hospitalized and CT scan and x-ray showed no damage. But had severe pain and was on pain killers. After a week went to orthopaedic surgeon and was advised mri .after evaluating MRI he advised traction with pain killer medicines. So after 6 days of traction I still have severe pain in left hand. Can not stand for more than 5 minutes as pain is very severe. Can traction worsen my condition? What's way forward?
