Bad breath can be of 2 reasons. 1) by oral causes which is usually due to poor oral hygiene or any oral infections. For that you should do regular saline gargle and brushing your teeth twice daily. Avoid foods that get stuck in your teeth. After each food you take clean your mouth properly. 2) Next can be due to gastric issues, that's when you feel bad breath due episodes of regurgitation or burps (gas). For the 2nd problems, You should keep a diet containing of less coffee, Tea, alcohol, Fatty foods also need to take food at proper time. Keep you head end of the COT raised while sleeping. After all this if you still have problems you better consult a dentist or an ENT specialist. You can also consult early to find you problems soon.

Khadiradi vati. 2 tb twice a day empty stomach. Don't just swallow it .chew it. Let it remain in mouth. Borax 30X 4 drops in tongue three times a day .till symptoms subsides.
Apply haritaki churna with ghee on ulcers.

There are several reasons for clicking sound in TMJ, like clenching your teeth, which puts a lot of pressure ,Arthritis in the joint, Injury to your jaw, the joint, or the muscles of your head and neck etc. You can follow some instructions; Avoid extreme jaw movements, Avoid hard, crunchy foods, chewy foods, and large bites that require you to open wide. Eat soft food. Don't rest your chin on your hand or apply direct force on TMJ. Make an appointment with your dentist for clinical examination and medication.
