Hello doctors, im suffering from severe tooth ache (last tooth on left bottom), I did visit a dentist earlier who advised extraction as the tooth is beyond repair (root canal) now. I could not get it done as I had to urgently leave for company project. Im in a rural area right now without any good medical facilities nearby. Please advice some good and safe pain relieving medicines, I can get them thru courier from my home. I have tried brufen, ketrol and aceclofenac. But no use. Please advice some effective pain killers. Thank you.
