Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Typhoid Fever - Follow These Steps and Prevent It!

Typhoid is an infectious bacterial fever with an eruption of red spots on the chest and abdomen and severe intestinal irritation, brought about by the Salmonella typhi bacteria. It can also be brought about by Salmonella paratyphi, a related bacterium that generally causes a less extreme sickness. The bacteria are stored in water or in the food by a human carrier and are then spread to other individuals around them.

There are many ways to avoid typhoid fever:

  1. VaccinationTake one dose of the vaccine one week before travelling. The other is given orally in four cases, with one container to be taken every alternate day. Neither one of the vaccines is 100% effective. Both require repetitive immunisation since the effect of vaccines diminishes over time.
  2. Washing your hands: Frequently washing your hands in hot, soapy water is the most ideal approach to control contamination. Wash before eating or cooking food and after using the toilet. Use a hand sanitiser in cases where water isn't accessible.
  3. Drinking clean water: There are a few ways in which you can avoid getting typhoid fever spread by contaminated water.
    • Abstain from drinking untreated water.
    • Contaminated drinking water is a specific issue in areas where typhoid fever is endemic. Thus, drink only boiled or filtered water, or canned or packaged carbonated drinks.
    • Carbonated filtered water is more secure than non-carbonated filtered water.
    • Request drinks without ice.
    • Use filtered water to brush your teeth and try not to swallow water in the shower.
    • Clean water can get contaminated again in case it is not put away securely.
    • Store the clean drinking water in a container with a little opening and use it within four hours.
  4. Staying away from raw fruits and vegetables: Maintain a strategic distance from crude foods grown in the ground. Since crude produce may have been washed away in water, maintain distance from products of the soil that you cannot peel, particularly lettuce. To be totally protected, you might need to stay away from street food completely.
  5. Cooking: Pick hot foods. Keep away from food that is put away or served at room temperature. Steaming hot nourishments are ideal. Also, in spite of all precautions, there is no assurance that the food served at the finest restaurants is safe for your health. It is best to stay away from foods served by street side vendors. Completely cook all meats, fish and vegetables. Eat them while they are still hot.
  6. Washing: Wash your dishes and utensils with proper dish washing soap and water. Wash your cutting board particularly well with a cleanser and water.
  7. Peeling: Peeling fruits and vegetables protects you from typhoid. Eat natural products that have been freshly washed and peeled, for example, oranges and bananas. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

You can take these steps. Drink a glass of water 10 minutes before every meal. Eat slowly and chew properly. Eat one cup salad during every meal. Reduce fried foods, pickles and papad. Whenever you are 80% full, you just have to get up and walk away from the table. Go for 10 mins light walk after every meal. Try these steps and you will see the difference.

Working out today not only become more fashionable but a whole lot more fun. To avoid boring in doing the same exercise routine daily, following few can be tried are 

A. Boxing : This reduces stress with punching bag and take a step forward and get mentally and physically fit with boxing.

B. Wall climbing : It is a full body workout which requires extreme focus determination and dedication which in turn reduces fear of heights

C. Aerial silks : This requires strength as well as grace which takes upper body strength to the next level and also makes more flexible besides it is of fun hanging mid air.

D. Acro yoga : Iis a form of partner yoga which combines acrobatics and yoga, as one person is at the base and one is on top whom the other balances. It is a great mind body workout, which teaches connection communication and trust.

E. Slacklining : It is when balancing on a loosely tied rope and start walking on it while the rope is held not too high from the ground and working the way to jumps and flips. And doing this in open space or green park in the thick of nature which is really the best way to get healthy.

I am 23 years male and I am suffered from migraine headaches for the last 2 and half years. And it also effects my vision. I actually consult a neurologist this year in june-july he told me that I have migraine problem and little bit stress. And prescribed me some allopathy tables 1.tab Davo OD 2. Sleeping pills and two more tables I forgot them I take these tablets for 20 days it shows positive results and many side effects too. You have to treat the root cause and not the symptom -Headache alone .Your Dr. Has to treat the whole patient and not the disease alone. Treat the reversible causes and triggers for headache first. The cause for the headache may not be in your head it can be due to problems arising elsewhere in the body like Gastric issues, BP ,food sensitivity, Stress, Eye, ENT, problems ,environmental toxins. They can be the cause either alone or in combination. If your test results are all normal but you are still having symptoms that clearly indicates your Dr. Has not addressed your diet and lifestyle, Do not blindly believe your Dr. because he may have vested monetary interests. Look for natural therapy which will solve your problem Change your doctor for sure if he is spending less time with you and asking you to do only CT and MRI Scans without coming to a diagnosis and If he is not answering your questions to your satisfaction Your headache will remain if your Doctor 1) Has not taken detailed dietary, lifestyle habits, environmental,occupational, social and family history. 2) Not done the comprehensive lab testing which should include tests for inflammation, mineral and vitamin deficiency. Focusing only on doing tests specific to your complaint will not fix your problem These 2 steps needs to be done correctly before suggesting the correct treatment. Take a. My son is 1 year old. He is suffering from loose motion for the past three days and there is no improvement in his health yet. He does Potty around 10 times a day. He is on fluid diet and no milk or milk product is given to him. He drinks more than 1 litre of ORS and a litre of water too. please help us out how soon can he get well.

10 times stool in 1 day is a serious concern in a 1 yr old. he needs immidiate treatment and evaluation. a proper history and evaluation would be needed to come to a diagnosis of the diarrhoea cause feel free to consult if you would like to know more.
