Hi, I had a breakup officially and mutually some 82 days back. After that she used to talk to me over phone and again a couple more times. She was so dominating that I use to get scared even if my boss calls and I used to think what if she too calls now and finds we waiting. I used to give her proof of calls, my location but she never did that. I even caught her thrice with her ex. Before our last meet, even if were kind of broke up but she used to again text me, calls me and if I miss a call abused me over text. Then when I found out she was having fun with bunch of boys and a couple of girls, I too got a bit crazy. Situation went bad. After that our last meet happened on the day of football world cup final. After that she talked well for the next 2 days but all of a sudden ,she created another situation which just made us stop interacting and everything blocked I after that, was doing okay for 15 odd days but in the last 12 days, my situation has gone worse. I am not able to sleep, eat, getting panic attacks etc. I am trying every possible means to pass this storm but unable to do that. Also the final episode of trauma is getting big on me. Even if I am trying to focus elsewhere but I am not able to do that either. There is some kind of a constant fear, heart beating, which wakes me up every time I try to sleep. I keep only thinking about her and our times together. This is only my 2nd relationship, the other being just few dates and had to stop. This is taking a toll out of me. I am not able to focus on my priorities and feels like I am gonna die with this. Please help.

hot fermentation twice a day. use knee cap. avoid long standing and sitting. keep a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec then release repeat 20 time twice a day. arthritis issue seems x-ray must. if pain is severe then start physiotherapy treatment for few days

I am 50 years male. For the last 1 year I have a pain in the ankle of my left leg on the upper side. Sometimes it pains when I stand up and I become disbalanced. The pain also occurs when I walk and lie down. The pain automatically stops after some time. I do not have blood sugar or blood pressure. I am physically fit and have no difficulties in running. I do not take any other medicine. What is the cause of this pain? What medicine should I take or what exercise should I do?

Leg exercise kijiye daily I hope you will fit and fine Basic Leg Exercises The following Basic Leg Exercises should generally be performed 1 - 3 times per week provided they do not cause or increase pain. Ideally they should not be performed on consecutive days, to allow muscle recovery. As your strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions, number of sets or resistance of the leg exercises provided they do not cause or increase pain. Swiss Ball Squats Begin this leg exercise in standing with your feet shoulder width apart, your feet facing forwards and a Swiss Ball placed between a wall and your back (figure 1). Slowly perform a squat, keeping your back straight. Your knees should be in line with your middle toes and should not move forward past your toes. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Lunges Begin this leg exercise standing with your back straight in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Slowly lower your body until your front knee is at a right angle. Keep your front knee in line with your middle toe and your feet facing forward. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this leg exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 3). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg upwards tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. Perform 1 – 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free. This exercise can be progressed by adding an ankle weight to your ankle for increased resistance.

Preeti, 28 I am having worse back pain and it's starts in neck, leg and right arm also. Sometimes feeling of vomiting also. With rest doesn't get relief. When the back bone is pressed temporary relief I got.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

I got right ankle sprain took 2 weeks bed rest and still I can feel pain on ankle.

Hello lybrate user, how severe is the swelling? is there pain while walking? rest use crepe bandage ice pack application will help to reduce the swelling strictly elevate the leg while sleeping in order to reduce the swelling get an x-ray of the ankle in anteroposterior, lateral and mortice view follow up god bless you.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from backache (back pain): * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. It can created problem in future use wheel chair for equal balance and protect your pelvic and spine, and exter pressure of leg.
