There are so many medicines in the market. Allopathic, ayurvedic and e. T. C. But it is behavioural problem. When your mind is strong. You can control your thoughts. The mind status should be stable with the help of psychologist. Mind control it is permanent therapy. Medicine works for some time after that then the same status there is no usage. You are unable use continuously medicine. Then you feel some time alcohol is better than medicine. Short time medicine capability. Where as behaviour therapy is permanent method there is no side effects. It is total life style modification method. It is better to consult a very good psychologist in your area. Ok best of luck.

You suffer from performance anxiety which is common in a any person attending interviews or doing stage performances. But if you feel your uncontrolled anxiety hampers your performance you should consider taking some treatment for it. This may include some medications to allay anxiety and certain behaviour techniques of relaxation to be practices regularly.

Just taking medication will only correct the chemical imbalances in the brain. While you also need to learn techniques to handle situations with ease and aplomb without losing your mental and emotional equilibrium. Stress has always been a part of life ans will be. It is always better to equip yourself with such tips and techniques. Counselling is such a non judgemental space whwere ou can explore the causes of your anxiety and get to more about your unhealthy outdated beliefs and replace them with healthier and updated beliefs which will leave you feeling more confident about yourself, your relationships and situations which earlier caused you stress. 2. Learning a skill which could help you feel confident is a good way of handling stress. Eg. If you are teaching young kids and you do not know how to teach them. Then it will cause you anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. The b. Ed course will give you all those skills and info that you need for teaching children. 3. Exercise everyday to manage anxiety. A good run, swim, jog will help you to calm down and relax, feeling good about yourself. Breathing exercises will help you to calm down and relax at the time of stress. Anulom vilom and bhramri are 2 pranayams which are very good for anxiety reduction. Do these everyday for 5 mins before sleeping. 3. Avoid junk like fried, processed, refined etc as it is linked to stress and anxiety. Eat more of fresh, raw and whole foods with minimum processing.

When you sit down to study. Keep a target. That you should finish this much in this time. And don't get up before you finish it. Studying with a friend helps. Also put your leg in a bucket of cold water when you study. That helps in keeping you awake.

How to prevent migraine? Dear, memory and mind power consists of understanding, storage and recollection of information you learn. Understanding depends on concentration. The more creative you are on doing tasks or reading, the more you understand. Storage and recollection depends on your understanding and how well you review what you have learned. Repetition and review of material learned and other tasks provides easy recollection. You can improve your concentration and total brain power with the help of green leafy vegetables, exercise, creative activities, number puzzles like sudoku etc. Hard work is the key to learning and recollection. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. Therefore no medicines are required. Mental disorder can be successfully treated with the help of awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. -Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food

My mom is suffering fron depression and constantly fights with my dad. She is a passive smoker and one of the doctors on Lybrate said she might be suffering from schizophrenia .my dad has taken alcohol from relief from all the stress. Please give me a solution as I'm kind of broke.

You should take mom to see a doctor and determine whether she has depression or schizophrenia and then get the right treatment for the condition. Dad is not doing anyone any favors by drinking as a solution and must seem in control of the situation. If mom is a passive smoker, are you suggesting that dad smokes too? The passive smoking is not the problem in this situation for mom. There are more serious concerns and you people must seek professional help and soon too. If mom has schizophrenia, then this involves long term treatment and a lot of adjustment from the others. Anyone else becoming dysfunctional or is using inappropriate behaviors to cope with the situation are all adding to the woes.
