Just take 4 tsp amla juice n 4 tsp aloe vera juice with 1/2 tsp of ginger juice, in the morning empty stomach. Watermelon is best option in weight loss diet plan.

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If you’re ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse abuse—no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn’t easy. Supplements vs natural nutrition

I have been getting a lot of questions on whether supplements are safe to take as a substitute for nutrients available from natural sources. Also in my consultations I am seeing a lot of patients who have been taking more of supplements to meet the requirements of the body.

Too much supplements regularly is not good at all for the body. 
We must understand body has the capability to process and regulate vitamins, mineral, proteins and other nutrients better when consume from vegetables, fruits and natural food as they are available for the body in forms that allow the body to absorb only the required amount and reject the rest through body's excretory system. But in when it comes to supplements, the nutritional content are not available in forms that allow body to do this, hence the body ends up absorbing what is more than required and over years leading to cognitive disabilities or other health hazards. 

Supplements which are closest to the natural forms are comparatively better among the supplements available, but yet not as good as what is available naturally.

Do not consume vitamin b-complex tablets, iron and calcium supplements tablets, cod liver oil tablets and such supplement tablets regularly everyday as a replacement to the naturally available nutrients. Consume them from vegetables, fruits, herbs and certain meats (not all meats are good for health when taken regularly).

Generally I recommend following supplements for old people and for those who cant follow good nutrition due to various reasons.

1) multivitamin -minerals daily 
2) omega 3 fatty acid daily 
3) calcium supplement daily 
4) probiotics three times a week 
5) vitamin d supplement 

Ideally our body needs above nutrients for good health.
We must try to consume them as natural as possible.

Hello, here are some tips to break the weight loss plateau: 1. Your body can get used to doing the same activities if you don't change up your workout routine from time to time. If you try something new, you may be engaging different muscles and burning calories in a new way that your body isn't used to, causing you to lose weight. Do cycling for a week if you are currently running on a treadmill or taking a brisk walk. Try a new kind of fitness class or activity. Increase the intensity in your weight training and do fewer reps instead of light weight and more reps. Meet with a personal trainer to get new ideas and create a routine that will optimize your weight loss. 2. Bring out changes in your diet too. E. G. Cut down on carbohydrate rich foods after 6 pm. Eat protein rich salad or soup for dinner. Be regular with your meal timings. Eat small and frequent meals ever3-3.5 hours. 3. Eat metabolism boosting foods. 4. Eat your favorite food once a week and go off the dieting for 1 day. Sometimes your body just needs a break, and many fitness experts recommend taking time off from a calorie-restricted diet as a way to get past a diet plateau. Good luck!

Hello Also this the sign of blood impurities in body. The heat may be much in your body. Do the following measures. Apply a good quality sesame oil daily all over the skin. Do gentle massage the skin. Do not eat late night. Avoid spicy food. Indigestion if any should be corrected. Regularize food eating timings. Avoid fast food. Take sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Do daily morning walk 30 mins. Also you should take ayurveda medicines for the same. Do this & if needed revert back we have very effective medicines.

Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you could even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day.? Including the following foods in your diet is also a good idea. Foods are Milk. Egg Banana Oats Breads Puffs Energy bars- Energy bars like granola bars might not be healthy if you are trying to lose weight, but it?s a good option for those trying to gain it. They are loaded with nuts and calories, and if consumed in moderation, they can help add some weight.
