Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. आज हमारी बदली हुई जीवन शैली के कारण कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है. कई परशानियाँ अप्रत्यक्ष हैं तो कई ऐसी भी हैं जिनका सीधा असर हमारे शरीर पर दिखाई पड़ता है. खासकरके आँखों जैसे नाजुक अंगों पर भी इनका असर पड़ता है. जाहिर है खुबसूरत आँखें सबको पसंद हैं लेकिन यदि इन्हीं आँखों के नीचे काले घेरे आ जाते हैं तो हमारी सुंदरता आधी हो जाती है. आँखो के नीचे पड़ने वाले इन्हीं काले धब्बों को डार्क सर्कल्स के नाम से जाना जाता है. इसके कुछ प्रमुख कारणों में देर रात तक जागना, स्ट्रेस लेना, घंटो कंप्यूटर पर बैठना, ग़लत खानपान और पोषक तत्वों की कमी आदि प्रमुख हैं. कई लोग डार्क सर्कल्स से छुटकारा पाने के लिए कई तरह के महंगे क्रीम का भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं लेकिन हम यहाँ पर आपको डार्क सर्कल्स को दूर करने के घरेलु उपाय बताने जा रहे हैं.

1. खीरा
जाहिर है कि खीरा का इस्तेमाल हम अपने दैनिक जीवन में सलाद के लिए ज्यादा करते हैं. लेकिन इसका इस्तेमाल हम अपनी आँखो के नीचे की त्वचा को आराम और तरोताजा रखने के लिए भी कर सकते हैं. दरअसल इसके लिए खीरे का उपयोग करना वास्तव में एक बहुत अच्छा तरीका है. यह आपकी आँखो के नीचे के क्षेत्र की चमक बढ़ाता है. एक ठंडे खीरे की स्लाइस को आप अपनी आंखों पर 15-20 मिनट के लिए रखें. आप यह उपाय दैनिक रूप से कर सकते हैं.
2. हरी चाय
हरी चाय के कई लाभ हैं. आँखो के लिए भी ये अद्भुत काम करती है. इसमें कैफीन और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट पाए जाते हैं जो कि त्वचा के लिए काफी अच्छे माने जाते हैं. इसके लिए आप डार्क सर्कल्स पर उपयोग किए गए टी-बैग्स का इस्तेमाल भी कर सकते हैं. टी-बैग्स में मौजूद तत्व टैनिन, आंखों के आसपास की सूजन और कालेपन को कम करता है. कुछ समय के लिए टी-बैग्स को फ्रीजर में रखें और अपनी आंखों पर 20 मिनट के लिए इस्तेमाल करें. यदि आप इसका नियमित और दैनिक उपयोग के साथ निश्चित रूप से आपके काले घेरों में कमी आएगी.
3. नींद
यदि आप अपनी नींद के साथ समझौता करने वालों में से हैं तो आप कई बीमारियों को न्योता देते हैं. आँखों के नीचे उत्पन्न होने वाले काले घेरे भी इन्हीं में से एक हो सकते हैं. तनावपूर्ण जीवन, आराम में कमी और थकान जैसे कारण हर उम्र के व्यक्तियों में काले घेरों के मुख्य कारण होते हैं. इसलिए तनाव को कम करें और हर दिन लगभग 8-10 घंटे की अच्छी नींद लें.
4. खट्टे फल
टमाटर, नींबू और संतरे आदि खट्टे फलों के कई लाभ हैं. ये सभी खट्टे फल खाने में कितने स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ ही ये फल आपकी त्वचा के लिए भी बेहद फायदेमंद होते हैं. यदि आप नींबू के रस और टमाटर के रस को मिलाकर अपनी आंखों के नीचे लगाएँ और 15 मिनट के बाद धो लें. आप हर दिन संतरे के रस के साथ भी यह उपाय कर सकते हैं.
5. स्वस्थ भोजन से
जाहिर है एक संतुलित और पौष्टिक भोजन का हमारे लिए कितना ज्यादा महत्व है. अस्वस्थ भोजन हमारे लिए कई परेशानियाँ पैदा करता है. जब आप पौष्टिक भोजन और पानी पर्याप्त मात्रा में लेंगे तो आपको कई तरह के लाभ मिलने लगते हैं. अपने आप को हाइड्रेटेड रखने के लिए बहुत सारा पानी पीएँ. पानी आपकी आँखो के लिए अच्छा होता है और डार्क सर्कल्स को भी कम करता है. अपने आहार में दूध, दही, दालें, हरी-सब्जियाँ, अंकुरित अनाज आदि का सेवन करें. जंक फूड को छोड़कर स्वस्थ, ताजा और घर का बना भोजन खाएँ.
6. बादाम का तेल
बादाम जितना ज्यादा फायदेमंद होता है इसका तेल भी उतना ही उपयोगी होता है. इसके तेल में त्वचा के लिए अद्भुत कायाकल्प गुण होते हैं. यह जैतून के तेल या विटामिन ई के तेल के साथ मिलाकर लगाया जा सकता है. बिस्तर पर जाने से पहले रात में यह लगाकर रखें और अगली सुबह धो लें. इससे आपको डार्क सर्कल्स में काफी लाभ मिलेगा. यह उपाय बिना रुके दैनिक रूप से करें.

If cavity get it filled by a dentist you may require rct and cap but if full mouth pain you may send a pic of inside mouth.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Addiction to "cough syrup" is definitely bad. But which cough syrup are you taking is not mentioned. As there are different ingredients in different products. Most often Codeine addiction is observed (Corex cough syrup). Since sough syrups also contain a good deal of sugar, taking those is bound to give additional sugar increasing blood glucose. So please tell me which is the product. To get out of the addiction, it is better to get in touch with a psychiatrist locally and also if there is a deaddiction center near by. Because this condition can not be treated by just advising on line. Thanks.

If symptoms go on till 2 nd week then it will be strong suspicion of tb. If there is weight loss then there may be a problem in your case.

Do muscle building exercise to gain weight.Eat extra amount of food than before.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk.Take dense fruits like banana,pear,apple,guava etc.Use dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,corn,carrot,beet etc.Take more fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking extra.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink plenty of water but not during meals.These are basic but if you want to know more details about foods consult me privately on lybrate.
