I am 6.2 feet tall, Gym free, but from some days by back is aching. I alsk used the back support belt still no relief. Tried some google and found some exercises little bit relieved but not fully recovered. What should I do next. Bed rest or some physiotherapy.

What would help you may be a course of 10 days of physio in a clinic. You take. Will relieve your pain. Then slowlyand ift or ust. That will first reduce your pain and then start on exercises. Exercises have to be taught bu the physio. So tht yo the right you do it the right way. As of now start a hot water fermentation for our back. The pain will reduc slowly.

1. Avoid intake of pitta-aggravating foods like hot, penetrating, or excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods. 2. Increase intake of foods that are sweet and have a cooling effect on the body, like milk, butter, purified butter, almonds, raisins, black gram, licorice and asparagus. 3. Take 2 tab tenex forte, 1tsf dhatupaushtik churna twice a day with milk for 1month. 4. Do sarvangasna, kandasana, gomukhasna, vajrasana, mandukasana 10 min daily each pose early morning.

As rightly advised by the other doctor, you need to take proper precautions before taking the blood sample. If its persistently high, then you need further evaluation. The symptoms you are having is because of increased prolactin levels in your body. The cause can be a small tumour in the brain, certain kinds of medications etc. An endocrinologist will help you with medicines to control the level of prolactin. If there is a treatable cause, then that should be treated by surgery.

(A) Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (B) Use no pillow under the head. (C) Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days (D) Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (E)Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (F) Do not ignore it. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.
