Hello, this may be due to summers. Drink buttermilk, fresh lemon water. When you are in home drink warm lemon water add Kala Namak, no sugar. Or ajwain tea with lemon and Kala Namak, this will help to keep your stomach free from acidity and in motions too. Drink enough water, you can add saunf in water. Saunf will help to cool your stomach.

Dear lybrate user, you need the following medication:- 1) homoeopathic aloe socotrina 30, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) homoeopathic mother tincture kurchi q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Continue the medication for at least one week. Avoid fatty, spicy foods. Always drink filtered water.

Before 2 month ago I have 40 inches chest size and a broader chest and flat .but m suffered from typhoid fever about one month. Now my bones are bending and I am feeling very un comfortable. Chest size reduced to 33 inches. What can I do for regain my all muscle and prevent shoulders and upper back bending.

Typhoid can Def take a lot out of a person. possibly it might have caused some lesions in the intestine that could be causing malabsorption of nutrients. I recommend just take your medicines regularly so that the infection completely resolves. give yourself sone rest and let the body heal and recover. And eat well. only eating good food will GIVE u your strength back. medicines won't.

The following are the tips that you can try out to get rid of hair fall and to prevent balding. 1. Coconut milk and oil one of the natural and best working home remedy to take care of baldness and hair loss on your scalp is to use coconut milk on your scalp regularly? apply a mixture of about 20 ml of coconut oil, 10 ml of amla oil and one or two teaspoons of lemon juice on your scalp and leave it there for some time? you can wash it off after 20 minutes. This will help in effectively healing your scalp as well as fight dandruff and thereby arrests hair fall? regular use of coconut milk on your scalp will provide the necessary natural nourishments for your hair and will also help in nourishing your hair tissues. 2. Massaging regularly with basic oils massaging your hair and scalp with lukewarm basic oils like amla oil, coconut oil, almond oil or even olive oil will help in stimulating your hair follicles and prevent the scalp for developing dandruff? take a generous amount of hair oil and apply it evenly on your scalp and hair? massage the hair oil on your scalp and hair for ten minutes. Leave it on your hair for 15 minutes and then you can wash it off with shampoo or mild soap? repeat this scalp and hair massage treatment at least three to four times a day to prevent baldness? you can occasionally also apply coconut or amla oil on your head generously before going to bed to help in improving blood circulation on your scalp as well as relieve your from stress and strain. As per your height & weight your bmi is within normal range. For increasing muscle mass & weight gain, 1. Have foods high in nutrient, protein & calorie density at 2-3 hrs interval. Include premix, malt, paneer, cheese, til, groundnuts, banana, dates, milkshake, dry fruits, tofu, egg, fatty fish, chicken, rice with ghee, cow milk with skim milk powder. 3 drink 3 litres water daily 4. Oractice strength exercises 5. Avoid skipping meals & junk food.
