Or is there any natural remedy to cure it.
Eggs is no cure for sinusitis.. steam inhalation can control/improve symtoms. Avoid smoke, pollution, cold drinks and allergens.

I am having cough during the day but more particular at night due to which I could not sleep. The coughing is so bad that water comes out of my eyes but no cough. Dr. says chest is clear. Advice some medication.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, as per your history you r having allergic cough. You have to take anti allergy medicine ie. Montair LC 1at night for a long time along with cough syrup. If you are smoker then you have to stop smoking. If you are taking medicine for BP then you have to change the medicine, because some medicines causes cough. You have to consult your doctor.

Most likely you are having allergic cough and allergic rhinitis. Allergic cough is a variant of asthma. It is partly genetic and cannot be fully prevented. The mildest form is like your symptoms. It can get worse also. So avoid all types of dust. Wear a face mask when you clean the room. Do not smoke. Since it is very infrequent you should consult your doctor during your symptoms and check whether you have asthma. Running nose is due to allergic rhinitis. You will also have blocked nose or running nose. Both your nose problem and cough problem are two sides of the same allergic disease.

Dear lybrate-user. Anxiety causes many physical symptoms like breathlessness, tightness in chest etc. Try few simple relacation techniques. Pranayama is very good for you. Remember, at 16 years. You have to plan and work towards good health for a long good life. Exercise, eat correct, drink adequate water, stay away from stressfull things, and keep thinking positive.

Yes there is nothing wrong with taking a power nap. As far as the nasal blocking is concerned please let me know as to which medications are you on since that probably can be managed in a different way as well.
