Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I was having fasting whole day no any pain I was removed the fasting the legs are paining. Why?
When there is no proper nutrition supply to muscle due to skipping of regular meals or fasting there is a chance for leg pain at night. Because of lack of nutrition during a normal or more workload to muscles, the muscles will not cope with the demand. So there will be deposition of waste products, lactic acid in muscle. This is will create cramp and pain when you go for sleep.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

No without knowing the calcium values in your body you should not take Calcium tablets. When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg(s) elevated. Do this a few times a day. Note: Do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

Hello, please investigate properly and send the x-ray and other investigation report to rule out whether it is arthritis or anything else. This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises - 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

You must take vitamin d weekly. Also take mag. Phos 12 x thrice a day four tablets at a time for five days. Arnica 200 you should take early morning five drops in water daily for three days. After ten days call back.

Rest and do hot fermentation posture correction must. Avoid strain full activity till relief. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs. If it work then ok other wise physiotherapy treatment.

I'm a 22 year old girl, I tried strangulating myself when I was depressed as an attempt to kill myself two months ago. I used a charger cord. Tried a couple of times, gave up when I was about to pass out. Then I had neck pain for weeks, now I have lower back pain with my left leg pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Hi back pain is most commonly due to bad posture or an injury to the structures in the spine. Take bed rest for 2 to 3 days. Avoid two wheeler as it puts lot of strain on the spine. Take some physiotherapy help and learn about good posture and back strengthening exercises. It is better to see a spine specialist if pain persists.
