dear user, avoiding long sitting. bending forward. standing for prolonged time. no proper rest deficiency of vitamin d3 causes back pain. read my completed article on back pain in health tips for future use. as of now inferential therapy and ultrasonic therapy helps reducing back pain.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

dont stress your body too much. As you are only 16 so your muscles have also not developed fully..Take rest for 2-3 days from gym..take tablet hifenac-mr twice daily for 2 days
